ResellerRatings is a total sham
Yep, they deleted my "Verified" review on OriginPC. Reseller Ratings is nothing but a sham. Get the companies to pay, then they can dictate which reviews are allowed to remain. Don't trust them!
Scam company
Scam company, their business model is simply old fashioned extortion. Zero credibility
I left a review for a business with them and they deleted it.
I left a review for a business with wwwresellerratingscom and they deleted my review why it was a legit review and honest.
My review was with GM Parts Giant i bought a GM Key Fob from them to save money and they voided my order no questions other than discontinued or back ordered mind my own business i just bought one from my local dealer the previous week still available and not back ordered that is what my local gm parts guy told me who ordered it out of the GM Texas Warehouse the previous week with no problems other than their regular warehouse in Denver did not have the Key Fob in stock at the moment that is why my local dealer ordered from their GM Texas Warehouse their non regular warehouse. So why void my order no question asked. why not give some one the opportunity to wait for the part.
Why the hell delete my review i do not get it what is this place only for good reviews wait let the seller respond then delete it. And not not a place for bad ones. You had no damn reason to delete my review it was a legit review of a business and i was 100 percent truthful and honest in my review unlike your puppet seller who voided my order with no valid reasons.
Merchants should avoid Reseller Ratings!
Wrote a glowing review for the stellar service provided by woodworkers express. Went to post it, Reseller ratings asked for my email address. I entered my email address, then it asked for a password, I have never heard from reseller ratings before this, didn’t have a password / login. Reseller ratings did give the option to log in using google or facebook, one should never accept this as it can give a shady operation like reseller ratings access to a great deal of personal information. So I did the forgot password routine, created a password, went back, Reseller ratings had deleted my review! Thus the 1 star for this crappy service.
total scam and reviews are just there…
total scam and reviews are just there to get businesses with negative reviews to pay.

Very manipulative BS review site. Very Dishonest.
ResellerRatings is not a legitimate review site. It is a business run to intimidate stores to pay for their services.
Just try leaving a review for them. They block it.
They go out of their way to bring old bad reviews up too the top as if they were just written. I have seen reviews 12 years and older right at the top, ahead of good many reviews.
They do this in an attempt to hurt the business into buying their services.
Business that do buy their services are allowed to position a favorable review at the very top of, not just the first page, but every page of their reviews. Even if it is years old.
Basically ResellerReviews is run by scammers.

Clearly another Chinese site promoting Chinese selling sites with false and inaccurate reviews. I'm getting sick and tired of the plethora of Chinese selling sites that just try and scam people out of their hard earned money. Time for the government to step in and ban these sites in the UK.
Can't Leave a Review
I tried to leave a review. I took the time to fill it out twice and both times it went to a blank screen. Don't trust this site for reviews of products as reviews are not updated.
Loved it again
Same as others experienced
Same as others experienced. Signed me up without my knowledge. Unable to cancel. Awful practice!!
Simple to use
Simple to use. The platform is user-friendly and it has been performing well. I like how it can set a notification when a customer gives star ratings of 4-5. They are always very accurate and give you valuable information before conducting business with that business. I use personally and professionally.
Aweful scam of a website
Aweful scam of a website. They post bad reviews about your site so that you have to pay to respond to them and then once you pay they won't cancel your service or answer the phone or respond to your emails.
I got hijacked by reseller ratings
I got hijacked by reseller ratings
I ordered glasses from zenni, got an email asking for a review. It was not from zenni, it was from reseller ratings, they created an account with my email without asking. There is no way to remove it from their website that I could find.
I found this in the small print at the bottom of the email,"By publishing your review, you will be creating a public profile on ResellerRatings, but your email address is never shown publicly and we do not spam our users."
above it in huge print with 5 big stars it said "How was your experience with Zenni Optical?" as soon as you click on a star you're sent to their website and never asked to create an account, just get offered to change your user name.
The text and graphics in the main email are so huge the fine print is off the bottom of the screen so it is hidden from view.
That's how scammers operate, legitimate businesses don't need to trick you into signing up. It's just a way steal your data so they can sell it.
A long history of unethical practices :(
Reseller Ratings has a long history of problematic and unethical behavior. They allow unverified reviews and then force companies to pay to address or remove them. They also tried to hike prices without notice or warning on merchants several years ago.
Currently, they show metadata to Google with the total aggregate number of reviews submitted about sites, but then, only count the most recent reviews in the aggregate rating calculation. This is deceptive. It is the latest move from a company that has shown a lack of ethics and integrity repeatedly.

Is ResellerRatings giving good advise?
Many people ask if ResellerRatings.com is an actual source of good information to choose a service or product provider. Resellerratings is a website that makes its money (millions) by asking retailers to pay for their service, giving the seller the ability to remove reviews. Because of this preliminary evidence, Resellerratings.com is being investigated for the alleged practice of creating fake reviews in order to put pressure on retailers to pay their service fees. Some people would call this blackmail.. Reviewers who just "want what they want" despite all best practices of the unfortunate retailers who serviced their public business are given a voice that makes them feel empowered. Very satisfied customers post on impartially rated review sites - like TrustPilot or the Better Business Bureau - not Resellerratings.com. In real terms, giving credence to Resellerratings.com causes unnecessary higher prices at the otherwise defenseless seller (who do you think really pays the fees?)
Good website for blogging.
