I may have been hacked by this company. Definitely not legitimate.

This company sends unsolicited spam emails. Will need to post negative reviews of company who sold my email address to this fraud 3rd party.

I left a review for a company that does business with Resellersratings.com. The review was a 1 star review. The review was posted to the companies web site but then disappeared. I went and looked at my profile on Resellersratings.com and it showed I had posted the review but for some unknown reason it is not showing. Makes you wonder if they are pulling negative reviews for paying customers? They state on the web site that reviews can not be removed but guess what?

I wrote a negative review of their client Moparpartsgiant.com and no publication. No email as to the why it was not printed. I disputed the Moparpartsgiant charges with my credit card Company and won.

The company removes negative ratings with no explanation. Their ratings are not trust worthy.

Reseller ratings is fake. I posted a negative review of a seller. It doesnt show up. I read 2 recent negative postings with 1 star. Yet the summary page shows no 1 star reviews and all are 5 stars. Clearly it is a fake web site. Dont bother looking at the reviews. It clearly is out to make money from companies by showing only 5 star rating and deleting negative postings. That is the way they make money.

Oh, and if you find a store that recommends this website, stay away from them!

When making a decision to purchase goods over the Internet, I really feel that I need the "shopping experience" of other consumers. As in the www. retailers in general are honest and reliable and do deliver their promises however there are quite a number that do not.

I had a review posted about VelocityMicro for well over six months. I would check on it periodically to see if the company would ever reply to it. Today I log in and see that my review was removed. I was given no notification about or ability to contest it's removal.

Cyberpower saved my faith in computers, I own the PREBUILT GAMING PC GLX 99174 ordered back in November and it works great, easy set up, fast for all my needs; I am a gamer/streamer/etc.. Before finding Cyberpower I had an brutal experience with a company called Asus, I had gotten a computer from them and after a few weeks it would blue screen and after 6 phone calls I sent the computer back for repairs, lets just say they ended up having the computer longer then I did trying to fix it (never figuring it out) and every time I called I got the "I'll escalate your request" but after doing that for 3 months I decided to go on the hunt for a new computer (scared to death though) and a good friend told me about Cyberpower and I am not disappointed. The computer is the quietest computer I have ever heard; well not heard. I was able to easily set up all my 4 monitor's even one being wireless. I 100% give 5 stars, if I could I would do more. I love the fact I can choose colors from ones that flash and others that don't. I was shocked how easy everything has been, has hook-ups and ports for everything I need. Thank you again Cyberpower for being a great company. I look forward to making them my go to for all my computer needs in the future.

Horrible company to deal with. They never answer the phone. The person that says to leave a message sounds angry so why would you want to do business with them? I have asked them to remove my company from their site and they refuse. We will never to business with them.

Submitted a review on resellerratings and it was posted almost immediately. However, after two weeks or so, it disappeared. I submitted the same review and it has not appeared for over a week. Asked resellerratings what is up and have not heard from them.
My beef was with HyundaiPartsDeal.com because the wrong part was sent and they would not refund or exchange because it was an electrical part. Their website stated the part fits my car as per my VIN#. It does not.

Merchants Beware: do not sign up Resellerratings or invite your customers.

A shameful company that relies on extortion tactics, and doggy business practices.

My company used to invite customers to leave feedback for us on this site, and at the time our score was close to 5/5, with over 1000 reviews.

Later on they increased their prices exponentially, and as soon as we stopped paying, our score fell to 1/5. Because once you stopped paying, you can no longer invite reviews. Any reviews that is not organic will not be added. Therefore only your most difficult customers who are determined to leave you a negative review would find their way to the site. To quickly turn the service against you, they use a 6 months average to determine your score. As soon as you stopped paying, only your most angry customer would go out of their way to find your page. You can no longer survey all your customers, and getting a true picture of your service.

What's worse is that they present your company in a way as if the average score of all your previous 1000 review is 1/5, when clearly it was the average of the last few (almost always negative) reviews you received after you stopped paying.

Let's say you received 1000 reviews averaging 4.9/5 in the past 3 years, but you stopped paying 6 months ago. And you received only 3 reviews in the past 6 months (typical as you can no longer invite reviews). These 3 reviews will most likely be negative 1 star reviews. Now your average score is 1/5. However they will present it in a way so that an average customer would think you scored an average 1 out of your 1003 reviews.

It's clearly not an innocent design mistake of theirs, but rather an extortion tactic. The more you use them, they harder it is for you to leave them without damaging your reputation.

I'm not sure why such a doggy company is allowed to operate for so long. Despite owner changes, their doggy practices remain.

My review will not post, after several weeks, probably because it wasn't positive. It was a just a factual review that simply stated what my experience was with an online retailer.

I'm 99.999% sure this website is a scam. I recently had a horrid interaction with the worst customer service rep on the planet, from Adept Powersports. According to Reseller Ratings, this lovely company gets 4.2 stars! According to every other website (google, Yelp, trustpilot, etc) they get between 1-2!! And even that's too high.
And these lunatics use this "4.2 star" rating as an advertising point on their website to lure wary customers in.
Thus, I must conclude, RR is a lie.

ResellerRatings is not a website being used in the way a consumer would expect. Do not rely only on the reviews posted on ResellerRatings as they ARE filtered. I posted a successful negative review on 9/21/21 about moparpartsgiant.com and it was never posted nor did I ever receive an explanation if ResellerRatings decided to delete it or what happened to it.

This review is about RESELLERRATINGS.COM. I radiator hoses for my Honda on Hondapartsnow.com; I paid for the parts and shipping and in 2 weeks I had not yet even gotten a shipping tracking number. The first week I called Hondapartsnow.com and got their answering service whom told me that I would get a tracking number in the next 24...hrs and still nothing...I get it...we are in a pandemic and we have labor shortages. So I waited another week and still no tracking number. I called back and got their answering service and complained...they relayed the message and then I finally got a tracking number emailed to me the following day. During this time my car is dead (not 100%) in the water due to a hole in my lower radiator hose. I went to leave this same review RESELLERRATINGS.COM and every time I try to submit the website leaves you a message saying "SUBMITTED SUCCESSFULLY"...but when you look at your profile days later, your profile show that you made 0 reviews. I repeated this process a few times and my RESELLERRATINGS.COM profile shows 0 profiles. I believe RESELLERRATINGS.COM is a scam.
