I needed to publish my views on Acronis True Image.I hadn't bought enough on amazon.com for a year, so I used reselleratings..
Acronis gets very fine reviews on PCMAG and other sources.
On reselleratings they get only very negative reviews. I suspect most come from the competition.
reselleratings doesn't show their email address.

I received a correspondence from these clowns:

1) Before I received the product in question
2) They 'OBVIOUSLY', hadn't run the questions parallel to see, 'IF', the recipient could read the fricking thing.
3) Asked to fill out their questionnaire, which you couldn't read, if you wanted to????
4) Sadly had to delete the whole thing, after getting a 'NO RETURN' from the sender???

I have tried to post a bad review about eSaving but they won't publish it.

After attempting to research Classic Firearms reviews, I have figured resellerratings.com site's reviews are BOGUS because unlike all the rest of Review sites that say the opposite of what their site depicts. Their site doesn't show any negative reviews which I could read about The store Classic Firearm .So,I notified Resellerratings.com : your reviews are bogus! And I doubt you will post this review which I am posting You and that I am going to Copy and repost on accredited sites!!!!! resellerrating.com receives PAYOLA which is payment for great reviews from their enrolled Clients

I had a Defective Leveno Laptop which I sent back within 10 day. Walmart sent me the return label. I repacked it and send it via USPS. From USPS I got a copy that it was sent. Seven days later on my web account the words "returned" showed up. Then nothing happened for 28 days. NO refund to my Visa card. I asked and Walmart wanted more information... then from Visa I received a letter asking for copies of receipts, dates purchased, date set, tracking # etc.
I thank God that I keep copies of EVERYTHING when dealing with with Walmart (you should too!) Finally, after working with Visa customer service I asked to work with a Visa supervisor. They got action and they credited my account and said they will deal with Walmart directly. 2 Weeks latter I get a letter from Walmart Refund Notices has been processed. 9 weeks. BAD

Do not recommend! If you stop paying, you lose access to reply to reviews. I have 143x 5-star, 6x 4-star, 0x 3-star, 1x 2-star, 2x 1-star reviews over the lifetime of my account and after I stopped paying ResellerRatings changed my overall rating to 2.5 stars. My actual average should reflect 8.72/10 and 4.3-stars overall.

This is extortion and fraud!

Basically a extortion site. Will only publish negative reviews if you don't pay to be a subscriber, and if you don't pay to be a subscriber you can't respond to reviews. I am amazed that they are still in business, and there reviews are posted on Google.

What a garbage website. I'm looking at reviews of a company that has over 6,000 five star reviews, almost 1,000 four star reviews, and about 300 one to three-star reviews. This means 95% of their reviews are 4-5 stars, yet their overall rating is 3.5/10. Talk about deceptive. This is obviously extremely flawed. The rating system is out of five stars yet their overall is out of 10.

Raised my rate from $50/mo to $500/mo and hid the rate increase in the very end of the subject line of the email. Why would anyone pay them $500/mo? This is a paid service to delete your bad reviews, and is a form of black mail. Pay us, we will fix it. Don't pay us, you can't even post a reply and give your side of the story.

ResellerRatings uses fake and "unverified" 1 star reviews to exploit businesses into paying their ridiculous fees. Just take a look at a lot of their one star ratings, they don't have their verified purchase badge on them. Not only that, but they weight bad reviews heavier than positive ones if companies don't pay them. They are intentionally misleading buyers to believe negative things about businesses that don't pay for their "service", which is obviously quite unethical.

This dress is extremely beautiful! Just as pictured, the detail is intricate. I was a little nervous to order from another coutnry, but the customer service was impecible! The dress shipped ahead of schedule and arrived early. The sizing was perfect, but if youre in between sizes I would recommend sizing up.

TomTop is the best online shopping, I recommend. The best products and they are always available to resolve any issue. Thank you TomTop.

Resellerratings is a sham. Shame on Google for even allowing this site to be featured in search results. They use a proprietary algorithm that weights current reviews so much that even if you have hundreds of 5 star reviews, but they all occurred last year, a single one star review will render your store 1/10. I live for the day when someone creates a class-action lawsuit and sinks the company!

Been with them for 3 years and when I asked them to cancel my contract 3 months early they busted a sorry fool you must read what you sign excuse.
Would strongly advice against using them for not being loyal to their good customers.

This company is an extortionist 'pay to play' review site. If your business doesn't subscribe to their service they will deliberately push the bad reviews to the top and bury most of the positive reviews. a quick look at some very popular stores that do and don't use their service will reveal the truth

Bottom Line -- I don't support any company that claims to price match, and then changes the policy on the fly if they feel the price is too low. If you make the claim, stand by your claim, even if it means it is below cost!!!!
Do they have price match? Yes, but only if they want to. If you find a price too low, they give up and say they cannot go any lower. Depends on which rep you talk to on what price they will match. Amazon has cheaper prices in their marketplace stores, which are backed by Amazon guarantees. There are so many inconsistencies with CARID and its policies. One rep will tell you they will match Amazon, while the next rep will say it is a membership based website so they don't price match. You don't have to be a PRIME member to get Amazon prices, so that excuse was just their way of saying we cant match the price.
