Replacement of broken dishes.

I was able to purchase the majority of pieces I required.
Website was easy to use. Prompt service , delivery as stated. All items arrived in good condition.

Happy with my purchase 😊

Fast shipping and very well packed...and then my package arrived in Sweden.
I had to pay 134Skr to Swedish Customs Service.
After that they send it to my pickup point.
But apart from that,i am satisfied with my purchase 🤗

Thank you for your review. We can see the items you ordered were not in our 'Grade 1' condition, but 'Grade 2' and would therefore have some signs of previous use, imperfections or wear. Our grading criteria is clearly stated for every product we sell, and should there be any queries over any of the items we have, we are always more than happy to check/double check them for you before shipping

We do clearly state when 'checking out' an order on our website that ANY order for dispatch to an overseas destination may be subject to a Customs/VAT charge and we take no responsibility for this. We also cover this in the Delivery Information (again easily accessible) on our website

As a gesture of goodwill, & despite sending you the items in the condition you ordered, we have refunded you for the items received
