Excellent service throughout

Such great service found all the pieces I was looking for. Great customer service, kept in touch every part of the transaction. Replied promptly to queries. Even found a replacement tea pot lid at no extra charge. Everything wrapped extremely well for delivery no breakage. Will recommend and definitely be a returning customer

I made the mistake of buying the wrong sized side plate that I needed. I quickly bought the correct one still in stock and returned the other. It all worked very well, including a refund on my returned plate
