Don’t order online with Repco
Don’t order online with Repco – their online ordering system goes like this:
- Customer orders online in Black Friday sale, pays in full
- Wait one week, cancel order without giving any reason
- Do not refund any money for 3 weeks
- When customer asks about refund, say there are ‘issues’ and customer must go into physical store to process refund
- Offer no apology or explanation for any of the above.
- Sell same ‘discounted’ products at full price to another customer.
Still Not Received, No Communication.

I rang to follow up and was told they would contact me back. I'm still waiting. I'm a very long term, loyal customer. This experience has severely damaged how I feel about the company.
