A 91 page comprehensive report which revealed a new damp course was required on our intended purchase along with other minor defects so a survey and valuation was money well spent. Prompt and efficient service and fast supply of RICS number so you can check out the surveyor is a registered member. Would use again.

This is the second time I have asked Reliable Property to do a survey for me.
The initial phone call handling by Jordan and Rhiannon was second to none.They were also able to give me an early survey date. The process they provided was excellent and at a great price as well. I also spoke to "Alfie" who also compliments their team, who I found extremely helpful.

The Survey was carried out by Joshua Kings who also did a survey for me on another property. His report was so informative, easy to read and of an exceptional high standard. He is the best Surveyor I have ever used as this will be my 5th house purchase and my previous surveyors have not come near the quality of his Survey.

From the call initially about what our requirements are and survey arranged promptly - my father is selling the family home and moving for the 1st time in 45 years so its all quite traumatic and stressful for him. I really appreciated the quick turn around to arrange it and the message from Josh the surveyor to say he had completed it and there were no major issue prior to the report arriving.

The survey was carried out by Josh Kings and was very informative had lots of photos of the property and I was amazed how quickly it was emailed to me. Very responsive and great communication from the team. Kim Ding carried out a level 2 survey for me and I had the report by the end of the week. It was very detailed and gave me plenty of information and reassurance as a first time buyer. I would highly recommend Reliable.

Reliable Property surveyors have been great, they have been very helpful even when we had a home fall through they kindly waited till we found a new property to buy, Rhiannon has been our first contact all the way through the process sh’e been very helpful & understanding, when it came to the survey John done an amazing job looking with more detail than I was expecting, even if I was unsure what parts of the report meant or if I had any question John was happy to help with any queries.

Very efficient, every step of the process was completed in the time frame stated. I had the building survey which was amazingly thorough, but also summarised for convenience.

We had an excellent survey and report on our bungalow, completed with a huge amount of photographs of every aspect of the building and special mention and advice on any problems which needed action.
We would recommend this company any time.

I was very happy with my Homebuyers Report. Surveyor, Kim Ding messaged me the same day of the survey to let me know that it had gone well. I received the report two days later. It was clear, easy to read and understand, with detailed descriptions and good quality photos. The report gave me confidence to address the urgent matters. The service I received from the Admin team at Reliable Property Group (relationship consultant Jordan Lee-Hixon and booking agent Monique Harmon) was excellent. Communication was good at all times. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
