Excellent surveyors
I am rather late writing this review - my apologies to PinkWilliams!
I have just bought a flat at Auction. It's all been a mad rush to do everything normally associated with a house buy, but in 1 week before the auction. I was scrambling to find someone available.
I chose PinkWilliams as they answered back very quickly! (Some surveyors never replied but spammed me with marketing!).
Jade was informative, explained things really well, and reassured me that things could be done in time. She even was honest about when surveyors were free. She booked Matthew for me to do the survey. He called me immediately after the survey for a chat. And the survey being Friday, and me having urgent timescales, he managed to do the report by Monday morning! I was SO grateful.
My dad is retired structural engineer, he checked the report for me and said it was done perfectly and well written. There were photos to accompany all the comments. Plus I felt taken care of and like I can trust these guys becuase they have been upfront about everything, time, availability and costs.
In a situation where the auction houe and solicitors have been an utter nightmare, PinkWilliams was my one reliable piece of the puzzle. I highly recommend these surveyors. Really really pleased with their work and absolutely wanted to take the time to explain why. Thank you PinkWilliams, I really appreciate you and sorry it took me ages to write a review but turns out buying your first flat is super hectic :)

Highly recommend!
From initially contacting Pink Williams, I was really impressed with their customer service, especially Jade who was on it and responded super quick and very helpful. My appointment was booked at a convenient time, Ashleigh attended and was prompt, informative and explained the process well. The report was issued earlier than they stated so all in all - great service, highly recommend!

I have a complaint about bad service .the company…bad se
“Bad service. Please check how many stars you have received from other people. They also said that the customer service is bad, and you also provide bad service.”
I have a complaint about the company for providing poor-quality photography services. It disappointing how the company denies any responsibility for the issue. If you're paying for a professional service, it’s unacceptable to send an inexperienced person to do the job. An inventory document is a crucial legal record, especially if any disputes arise that require court evidence. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

We would like to take this opportunity to respond and provide some clarity, both for yourself and for others who may read your comments.
Firstly, we must express concern regarding the tone and content of your communication with our team. While we absolutely understand that frustrations can arise, respectful and constructive dialogue is essential for resolving issues effectively and professionally. Swearing and referring to our inventory clerk as "a boy" isn't acceptable.
To clarify a key point: at no stage did we commit to delivering the inventory report within 24 hours. The booking was made at very short notice, and had a same-day turnaround been a requirement, we would have recommended rescheduling due to the size and scope of the property. Despite this, our team made every effort to accommodate the booking and completed the report within a reasonable timeframe.
As for the quality of the report itself: over 400 high-resolution images were taken by our clerk, covering all relevant areas of the property. These are embedded in the report using industry-standard software, which may compress images slightly in the PDF format. However, by clicking on any image in the report, users can view it in full detail on any device. A quick check of the document would confirm this.
It’s also worth highlighting that during the inspection, our clerk was specifically asked not to include certain images, as you mentioned you would be addressing those issues. While we understand the desire to present a property at its best, our obligation as an independent inventory provider is to document the condition impartially and honestly, as seen at the time of inspection.
The report was provided in draft form and, as is standard practice, shared with both landlord and tenants for feedback prior to finalisation. The tenants have already responded and are in agreement with the vast majority of the report’s contents. We encourage you to do the same and to highlight any specific concerns so we can address them properly.
Finally, while we respect every customer’s right to leave honest feedback, we note that your review history on this platform reflects a consistent pattern of negative experiences across multiple businesses. While we understand that expectations vary, we believe it’s important to provide a balanced view for others reading this response.
