I spoke to a sales person on the phone who said they would be able to get my survey confirmed in 24 hours and done the following week. 1 week later and the survey still had not been confirmed, it took multiple calls to actually get the booking confirmed, at this point they then said they were not able to do the survey for another month. I requested a refund and again this took multiple emails/calls to actually get the refund processed.
Do not use this business if you want a quick turnaround.

We booked in for a quote and spoke with “Jay”. Initial conversation was ok, and we considered them as they were the lowest quote so far. However, upon reading the various reviews on Trust Pilot and the number of similar complaints on missed issues and surprise charges vs quotes, we decided to go with an independent surveyor (who is £150 higher). I just had a follow-up call from Jay and would definitely avoid this company. When he asked for the reason we weren’t going with them, I stated the review findings. His answer was that everyone has their own opinion and they are too booked up sometimes, so things can be rushed/missed. Sorry, but if I’m paying for a service that will impact my future home in this manner, I need a company that will not only do a good job, but also own up to mistakes and make changes, not excuses and dismiss complaints. Jay asked that I still consider them and make my own “positive” review. So here it is. I’m positive this company is a red flag.

Booking was easy and the price was good.
However, the day before the survey, I received a notice that the surveyor had been changed. The day after the survey, I received the report, which was satisfactory.

Then the nightmare began.

My solicitor had two simple questions about the report. When I sent these questions to the surveyor, I received an out-of-office notice stating that she had already left the company. A staff member replied, saying my request would be escalated.

I chased them for one month with countless calls and emails. There wasn't even a holding message. Despite numerous promises that my matter would be resolved, nothing happened.
After a month of frustration, I decided to escalate the matter by writing to the CEO. Magically, they provided an answer within two days.

I definitely do not recommend anyone use this company's services.

Still waiting for a refund no email communication or confirmation please issue my refund asap.

I was shocked with the level of service I received. Although they gave me a date soon after my call, but I was shocked when I surveyor did not mention a big crack in the wall in the report. I specifically booked the survey for this reason. I have told both the surveyor and the one who booked me the date about the crack.

I was extremely disappointed that they still did not mention it and when I called several times no answer. I have emailed the company they said the surveyor is on annual leave for two weeks.

I would never recommend this company to anyone!!

Very quick and efficient booking process. Survey was booked in a week after contact and happy with the thorough reporting. They make it very clear to understand. Good communication too if you have follow up questions. The report took 5 working days to come back to us which was fine. Would recommend!

Excellent, was really unsure on who to use to do my survey, I am really pleased I used this company, I was updated to when they were going round, and given information straight after.
