I have been with Reeves for almost 3 years and although it took a while to move my old pension pot into the system, I have been more than satisfied with the service provided by Reeves in helping me decide when to retire. I have appreciated the regular monthly updates, the 1-1 calls with the Tom and the overall professionalism of the group. I feel comfortable to enter this next phase of living

Now more in control of my pension
Everything was explained in detail and we were taken through it all step by step over a number of different sessions. We are now going to be able to be in more control of our pensions in preparation for retirement.

Holistic review and planning retirement goals
Really appreciated the discussion and direction provided by Sandy Haire and Team (Oliver and Ellis). Finding ‘dormant’ pension investments and ensuring all investments are now productive. Having been made redundant midway through our discussions, Reeves were able to pivot on the approach and optimise the investment strategy to align with my new priorities. Our pensions are now performing to a much higher standard and the ongoing financial advice given has been a huge help. The charges are extremely reasonable and we just wish we'd joined earlier!

After taking way too long to adopt a more proactive pension planning strategy, I scheduled a meeting with Adam Bateman at Reeves to explore the services they offer. As someone with no real understanding of financial markets, and given the significance of retirement financial planning and the substantial sums at stake, Adam was great at providing a clear and compelling explanation of how Reeves can genuinely benefit my family and me. His approachable demeanour reassured me that I am trusting an organisation that truly prioritises my interests. I particularly appreciated that Adam could give me a layman's explanation of things when required. Great Service
I have been with Reeves since late 2021, just prior to the invasion of Ukraine. My one criticism would that over that period I have dealt with a number of advisors over that time. I have no criticisms of the service but some consistency of personnel would have been better. I have dealt with James Faley over the last 6 months and I have been very pleased with the service he has provided. I am retiring soon and James has helped model different cash flow scenarios which has been very helpful in making decisions at such a significant life change.
