The redpocket store on ebay was tardy with my renewal and i called AGNES at customer service...not only was she amazingly helpful,sweet,courteous and a pleasure to speak with but with a personality like hers i was ready to propose marriage.
I am still smiling when i remember how seamless she made a minor irritation disappear.

What an absolutely difficult company to…
What an absolutely difficult company to activate with with essentially useless customer service.
Had some difficulty activating online, called customer service, reached an offshore agent, difficulty understanding and ultimately disconnected. Tried again online and received a message that too many attempts were made and must wait. 24 hours. Called customer service, again, offshore representative, again incredible difficulty understanding and was told that they have no ability to override the 24 hour issue. Tried again the next day and still received 24 hour notice, tried customer service again with same outcome. Tried a third day and received the same notice. Called Xfinity and was activated within 10 minutes. Ultimate cost is only slightly more, had effective customer service and I’m not subject to ridiculous data limitations. Can’t believe Chuck McDowell would risk his reputation for this company.

RedPocket is always really responsive and its *human* agents are very capable. For example, I just spoke with RP CS Ren who was able to immediately help me with my issue. Unfortunately, the live chat now tries to waste your time with a virtual assistant. Just tell it you want to be connected with a human, and you will be--almost instantly.
