I tried to sign up for an annual service. To pay I had to revise my profile info, I had an old account 10 yrs ago, wouldn’t let me change it. I called CS, they try to fix the problem, I was on the call for 45 minutes, no results. I hanged up.

Ren was very patient and very helpful getting my mother's line reactivated without issue.
I had a great experience with the human agent RP CS Mark. He was so much helpful and precise in service. I also received a complementary eSIM replacement from Red Pocket Mobile.
My phone would not reconnect with carrier. RP CS Ren assisted. Reentered the Red Pocket APN settings. Worked but took over 1 hour. Still happy costumer but do not understand how those APN settings went away in the first place.

I was having difficulty upgrading my phone plan and contacted customer service representative Ren.
Ren was able to resolve the issue and guide me through the steps to assure everything was working properly again.
CS RP Mark was stellar. They were prompt, clear and very helpful in resolving my queries (about my device being locked to their network).
The RP CS Ren stayed on this difficult transfer with losing their cool. Don't know why it was so difficult but it literally took more than an hour. The process of changing networks within Red Pocket seemed to be glitchy but the rep was gracious [as was I] and we got through it.
