I came home from holiday to find my internet had been down for a couple of days. It was now after 5pm on a Saturday, so I was pleasantly surprised to be able to speak with an engineer on the phone who quickly reviewed my line remotely and identified the potential problem. The fault needed an engineer to visit and conduct a fix on site, so a provisional appointment was booked for Wednesday-not ideal. I was told I’d get a call on Sunday to bring the appointment forward if possible. That call never came, but I was called back on Monday and an engineer, Dan D, was with me by 8.40am on Tuesday. Dan worked through the problem and subsequently got me back online. His knowledge and expertise were clearly evident, as with the original call handler who I first spoke to to report the fault.
This would be a 5 star review but for two factors. Firstly, I was told that Quickline’s software had logged over 200 automatic attempts to restart my Internet after it had gone down while I was away. I wonder if this shouldn’t have flagged up for human intervention without the need for me to report it? Secondly, the promised Sunday call didn’t come until Monday. You don’t realise how much you rely on the internet until you haven’t got it, especially in a semi rural area like mine where mobile data services are poor, so a stable service and speedy repairs are an essential part of my decision making when choosing a provider. This said, the experience I had in this occasion certainly wouldn’t cause me to seek an alternative provider.

Very fast efficient install. Arrived exactly when they said they would. Excellent communication from the initial order through to install. Josh installed the cabling exactly where I wanted it and kept as much as possible hidden from view. Rock solid 200meg so far. Double the speed of my old fibre and almost half the price.

two months after joining quickline, during which I had very good connection and no issues, my line was all of sudden disconnected. BOBBY one the engineers attended my property, he was very cortious and professional. He tried his best to find the fault. It was that someone disconnected my line by mistake from a local box.
BOBBY fixed the problem and came back to my house to ensure everthing was ok. I can not praise him enough. Thank you.

Carl Conway did a superb job for me especially as the house is under restoration and he agreed to leave the onu hanging in free air at my request as the wall it will be mounted on is been decorated tommorow

Just had full fibre. Installed into my property. The young engineer Bobby. Was very professional and extremely polite. Got on with the job with no fuss. Nothing was too much
trouble. for him. Boby came back the day after to install internet in every room for an extra £5 a month
In my mind, bargain. I would recommend quick line for your full fibre. And if you get a young engineer called Bobby, you can guarantee the job will run. Smooth with no fuss.

The young man phoned before arrival to let us know he was 5 mins away. Very polite and respectful, The work was carried out very efficiently after consulting with us to position the box. On finishing the install, the line was checked and he made sure our equipment was connected to the new Internet he had just installed before leaving. I can thoroughly recommend and am very pleased with the way the work was carried out so well, even down to vacuuming up his drilling debris before he left. *****

Nathan made the whole thing great. This wasn’t a simple install and it did involve me getting into the extreme extremities of the loft to feed cables to the other side of the house. Nathan was great, gave great instructions and explained how the whole system worked.
We spoke about life and our mutual love of South Africa and Zim. The dogs, chickens, horses and the cat all loved him.
Well done Quickline. He’s a keeper.
