We have been using this company as a broadband supplier (via a dish) for over a decade, since its inception with little issue or problem. We signed up for fibre broadband (a rep. came to the house and took all of the details) and immediately subsequent communication with the company became impossible. I waited 30min on the phone and gave up. I sent emails and am still awaiting a reply. An installation team came unannounced looked at the house and said they needed a 'cherry picker to do the work and left. I sent texts and emails and no reply. Eventually a team came with a ladder and did a swift and satisfactory installation. For a 'communications company, communications WITH them is nigh impossible. All 'office' staff seem to operated from home, which doesn't help. I'd say avoid, ... unless you can overcome the comms problem.

Quick, efficient, and helpful. Quickline are offering us 50x faster speed for a cheaper price. Eric Lee is absolutely brilliant, and a genuinely nice person. James Boulton who installed the broadband was very quick and efficient. Overall a great experience, saved money, and not cutting out of every meeting I have when working from home.

Even though we have a clear sign on the front door no cold calling, they keep calling. Leaflets at first then knocking on the door. We live in Theddlethorpe, Lincolnshire. Twice today 24/6/26. We were visited.

The engineer kyle explained every step of the way and nothing was to much trouble he was very helpful indeed and cleaned up every step.
