This is my 2nd day with Quickline
They turned up on time and fixed the outside cable
There engineer Ben.s also turned up on time and finished off the installation and he left my house almost exactly as he found it (apart from a new cable)
So it's a great job so far

Very quick and professional service, the engineer Thomas Turnbull arrived as scheduled and explained the process very well before the install, very polite and informative and a credit to the business, the install only took an hour and now all connected up 👍

Service is very intermittent. Twice in past 10 days I've lost service. Today I am getting download and upload speeds of 0.86mb.
You look at service status and it says no issues detected. You try to call technical support but the phone isn't answered. Hours later the status is updated to faults covering my area.
As I utterly rely upon WiFi calling, as there is no network coverage from any phone supplier where I live, I am totally unable to make or receive calls nor use the Internet during these outages. I have to drive away from my house to try to contact quickline. I never had this issue with EE broadband at 76mb .
Not great. I would not recommend Quickline.

I’m also grateful to the commercial team for closing my contract with my existing supplier.
Quickline are a ‘one stop shop’, they make it easy to move to them both technically and commercially as well as being more cost effective and that is a great bonus.

Josh H. did a fantastic job repairing our internet today. He arrived promptly, quickly identified and fixed the issue, and had us back online in no time. He was polite, friendly, and took the time to have a conversation rather than rushing off, which made the whole experience much more personal.

Quickline answered the customer service call immediately and gave me a date within a couple days for them to come out and fix our problem. Our engineer Owen. B called me before he arrived to ask about the problem and to give me a time for his arrival. Owen did a brilliant job, he explained everything that he was going to do and fixed our problem in no time. I would highly recommend Quickline.

Quickline have nice people and when it works the speeds are good, but they're unable to coordinate problem investigation and solving between 1st line and 2nd line engineers and their communication is awful. This is third time this year I've had no internet for over a week. For a rural broadband provider where people rely on the service for phone and internet it's terrible. The worst thing is the final engineer who arrived diagnosed the issue and passed it to 2nd line support, who apparently came for my neighbours problem highlighted a waterlogged CMJ junction but then never fixed it. The platform to raise and track issues is none existent and they don't offer a ring back service on technical support line or any compensation even if you're paying for a service you're not receiving. I just want some communication and coordination.......is it really that much to ask for??? Time to contact Ofcom and the ADR service I think

We live in a very rural area. We went with this internet company because they supposedly specialise in bringing internet to rural areas. Our internet drops out on almost a weekly basis.!Always in the evenings when we are in the middle of watching a film. You can’t get hold of anyone after 8pm. It usually happens on a Sunday. It’s becoming a real pain and we are thinking of swapping companies. I would advise to look at other companies.
