The representative answered my questions using regular vocabulary that I could understand rather than “computerize”. She was patient and succeeded in teaching me about the importance of having a cloud backup of my quicken file.

For those of us who are getting on with age, keeping it simple without too many changes is truly appreciated!

It is a useful tool for tracking your spending and preparing your tax reports. It has gotten ALOT more expensive to use.

I have been using Quicken for many years and lean on it for my recordkeeping. I can go back several years to see what our source was on a certain item, compare expenses over years, etc. I do not use it for my investments as my brokerage statement does an adequate job for me.

The entire layout is embedded with QB gimmits of add on services not needed, mostly just there to add to the overall poor layout.
For ordinary small business owners, it is overly complicated, just cr*p, I hate it as do others.

I have been a loyal Quicken user for at least three decades. For 25 of those years I was a PC user; the last 5 I have switched to MAC. A little bit of a learning curve. It has all come together now.

Overall, like most features of the program. Occasionally find some entry and copy/paste problems.

Quicken Deluxe works great for our Condo association. It has allowed us to do line item budgets and make our financials transparent to all our members.

I've been using Quicken for decades and unlike a lot of things, it just works! Highly recommended.

I really like the program. Makes tracking expenses really easy.

Used Quicken for years without issues but recently ran into severe issues that forced me to let go, give up all the history and move to another plarform.
Needless to say I was very disappointed!

I have been using Quicken for over 20 years. I keep all of my investment information in quicken. Great program.

I like using quicken but am increasingly rethinking my choices with the annual renewal subscription model price hike. Buying the program each year for minor tweaks to the UI seems excessive.

I have used Quicken for over 20 years and will probably continue to do so as I have found it to be user friendly. There are many features that I do not need or use. Having updates take place throughout the year was a good idea. The one thing that may eventually cause me to stop using it is the ongoing price increases.

The program does not let me archive older years and keep just the last 3 or 4 so the file keeps growing. Plua Chase bank transactions do not get categorized correctly anymore.

The ease of use is what makes it a great product
