Quicken has completely discombobulated my Quicken Split entries into total disarray. I used splits efficiently and quickly, now I have to waste time entering data. It sucks! Was perfect before, sucks now! It's not a one-time event. Every time event.

the new report drop down list for report is really hard to use i like the old version better.

I like looking ahead to see how much money I will have in 30 days. I can decide on purchases with that information. I also like spending information. I often wondered where did the money go and with that I can see where I spent money easily. The program has glitches that I have learned to ignore.

I've submitted several 'tickets' lately, all due to the same issue. Several Store Credit Cards have all moved to Synchrony. Now the accounts will no longer update in Quicken. Deactivating them and trying to add as a new account also does not work. This is making Quicken useless.

Have use the app for many years and Quicken is EXTREMELY slow when entering/editing transactions in all accounts.

Have used Quicken and it’s former company for over 20 years. Very dependable and useful for business purposes and taxes. 5 stars!

I no longer have Quicken Classic! I had to switch to Quicken Simplifi, so I don’t know why I received this review request.

Been using it from day 1 to follow my investments and day to day finances. Also use it to print tax reports for Turbotax.

simple to use. great customer service support when not simple

I’ve had some investment transfers not completed. I haven’t had a chance to call.

Even before quicken was online it has been used daily and a necessary resource to do all the juggling of our household finances and investments. From printouts, with balance sheets and overall topology of our investments it has become a necessary tool.

Non-existent customer service, unintuitive program, expensive

The desktop app is LONG overdue for a UI modernization. It still looks like an app straight out of the 90's

Quicken removed all my utilitie companies for auto billing as well as some of the banks I use.

Quicken's decision to remove sounds from its program affects those with impaired vision or operating on small screens. Poor connectivity with Vanguard. I can no longer track investments, only see positions. No ability to track IRA conversions.

I use Quicken because it's the only product that comes close to what I need. But it is getting too expensive for what I use it for. I only track one online account and most of what I do use is manually inputted. Please come out with a simpler version.

While the overall tool has changed little over the years, the improvements that have been added make for a good user experience. The one shortcoming is the requirement to use the cloud version for the mobile app. There used to be a time, many years ago, when the data on the mobile app stayed on the device and could be synched to the desktop version.

You need to ensure the use of Quicken with backup files going to Microsoft One Drive. If you don't, this will become a big liability since everyone uses it. Your disclaimer only serves for me to look around at alternatives if you are not keeping up with the evolution in cloud computing.

Talked to support supervisor and explained a work around. He was very appreciative. Enough said.
