Fake delivery attempts

I have seen the Purolator truck pull up to my building, the driver gets out with a fist full of "Missed you" slips already made out. I followed him, he went to my lobby and stuck the slips on the mailboxes then turned around and drove away. This happens all the time in Mississauga with Purolator.

Package not delivered to the correct…

Package not delivered to the correct address. System very slow to update. Package was being returned to Amazon in Mississauga instead it got as far as Etobicoke and was tagged as delivered. This also took 4 days for the system to update as delivered. I called and spoke to a customer service agent who was not at all helpful. He told me it was delivered which I told him the it did not make it to the correct destination so as a customer I was not at all happy with the service. His response was to contact Amazon and tell them where the item is and that they could arrange to pick it up. I said why should I do that you should be responsible to deliver it to the correct location. His response was is there anything else I can help you with. I said no and ended the call as I could tell I might as well have been talking to a brick wall.

lazy drivers don't even attempt to call…

lazy drivers don't even attempt to call you if there's a delivery problem. even for extremely expensive items. shocking that these companies are even permitted to continue operating.

Purolator's extremely poor customer delivery service

This is about the Purolator delivery to my town on behalf of an Amazon supplier. I live in a small town here in Alberta, I am right on the main street leading into the town, easy house to find, however every Purolator driver finds it easier to drop my shipment at the Purolator agent two towns away then tell me they could not locate my address. I have written four times about this issue, the last happening yesterday. Other carriers - Fed Ex, Amazon, contract carrier have no problem finding my house and do a proper home delivery.
After 8 emails back and forth with a Purolator Customer Service agent I received a commitment from them to re-deliver my package to my address within 2 ~ 4 days.
Now my question to them is: How do you expect to deliver to my address if on 4 previous occasions your driver stated he couldn't find it? Purolator has a
Quality Problem that in all appearances they don't want to correct. This attitude is terrible for the customers and suppliers who rely on Purolator to deliver when promised.

Why bother applying for a job you can't…

Why bother applying for a job you can't do? Every stinkin' time I have a package coming through Purolator, they lie about my whereabouts and claim to have "missed" me or were "unable to deliver" for an undisclosed reason.

My residence isn't hard to find or reach. When I know I have a package coming, I stay home or someone else will. We have a call box, AND my phone number is on the shipping label. There is no excuse.

No one came by today. I didn't even see the truck on my street. Yet I got a notice. Now I have to reschedule my delivery to 4 days from now and hope my next driver actually delivers my parcel.

Purolator has had 2 chances with me…

Purolator has had 2 chances with me first they flagged a box saying the label fell off .....it was written on in permanent magic marker, this time they couldn't find my address in a town of 500 people and sent my item back to amozon instead of dropping at the depot what up with this company !!!!!!!!

Completely Useless Delivery Service!!!!

Had Lawyers send out 2 day express letter size envelope. Within 24 hours it was stuck at a depot and needed address correction, no problem an extra 24 hours they say and this is where it all begins. Those 24 hours were promised and would be at my house yesterday and still no package. I have called the help line ,but they are not local and read the same script over and over. I again call the phone center for an update and now they say 48 hours for the update to go through. Why does it take this long for this bumbling delivery service to update an important Package. I asked if I could pick-up package, as it is only an hour away, but no they said as it was not ready for release. These are time sensitive documents and now wont see them till Monday.
You just can't seem to get any assistance from there Assistants.
So beware of this atrocious, non caring,, shoddy computer systems, super poor communications and the telephone helpline is as usual out of the country and can barely speak English to communicate false fraudulent facts.

Worst Corrier - do NOT use this service!

If Canpar didn't exist then Purolator would be the worst courier service to date.
U pay $25 for 2 day shipping but it only arrives in 2 days to the local depot. It then sits at their sorting depot for 2 days before finally taking another 2 days to deliver because their lazy drivers can't be bothered to use the intercom.

Send a package to Barbados on Thursday

Send a package to Barbados on Thursday, it was supposed to reach on Monday, today is Wednesday and it still doesn't reach yet, and the funeral is tomorrow. And I pay so much money to ship the item. I am so disappointed at this point. 520437627802

Without a notice the delivery people mentioning in accessible without contacting the customers, Lack of communication, and delayed delivery, literally it happened for 2nd time in 1 week ,
I never choose purolator again.

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. This is the second time they have left parcels out by the road rather than drive and leave at location requested. First is left out by my mailbox in the snow during winter, the most recent, left out in the rain. I contacted customer service and eventually got a return call. The fellow on the line just made excuses for the drivers, then hung up on me after his speech. At no point was I rude, but rather just pointing out the fact that parcels left on the side of the road could be subject to theft, along with being left out in inclement weather, could be damaged. Bottom line, they are just lazy and could care less. Customer servce, TERRIBLE!

Purolator 17 Days of Nightmares , Lies and Poor Service

I bought a TV at a local store in Halifax and since it was out of stock I had to get it delivered and that is where the problems started and arrived to the warehouse on March 19. It was marked as on delivery truck 6 times but never delivered and I live about 1/2 hour away and live in Halifax not in the woods. There was 5 days of weather delays when even the schools were not cancelled and the other Couriers were working. There were 15 arrived at sorting station. I made 2 calls to Customer Service and told once it was because it was over sized. But the best one is it missed the connection for the truck when it was in the same warehouse all the time where they load the trucks. Finally on April 2 it was delivered to the store where I bought it and I picked it up there. They are the only Delivery company that does not deliverer. I have no idea why any company would even use this company for deliveries with the poor service they have. I had to leave a one star so I could leave this review and there ratings speak for them selves

Stop using Purolator for your Rogers…

Stop using Purolator for your Rogers deliveries is a Very bad service! Stay away! There's always a problem with this delivery company every time I need to receive something they fail to deliver every time! I don't know if is the drivers or the company logistics and admin but it's never ok, every package I have to receive from this company fails at first attempt and I have to wait for second, third time or have to go my self to collect it, that I would do from the beginning to avoid dealing with this company but the company who's shipping doesn't have a pickup up option they just deliver and has to be the worst company ever Yes! Purolator! If you can avoid at all cost dealing with #puralator do it! You save tons of stress, money and time! Very very Bad Service, Stay Away! Never ship from them! They never find the address or any make any excuse to not deliver, drivers are so unprepared that can't fin a number in a main Ave or street and they won't do the minimum effort to contact the client in any way to double check with or anything similar they just refuse to do the job properly! And return to the warehouse! And this every time I had to deal with them! On the top of everything customer service here only replies with a generic answer and never solving anything! Is just a bot! Trying to keep people at ease!

Blaming customer for their own ineptitude

Have been waiting for the parcel to arrive the whole day only for them to tag it as "receiver unavailable" at 8:30pm.
Item has to be retrieved from a depot that is wayyy too far from home address, and they were able to stick a retrieval slip on my mailbox too.
What's the point of the delivery service if you have to come pick it up anyways?

Mind you, this has happened many times before, we just finally had enough this time.

NEVER use their service

They claim to sending shipments they cant handle i wish it was in india so that i can charge them hefty amount for my wasted time and missed "promised"
shipments.

They don't deserve even 1 star calling…

They don't deserve even 1 star calling for resolve a mess that they did during delivery is no taking any reluts no call back from purolator whatsoever. They only promiss that someone will follow up and no call back ugly customer service
