The yarn is exactly what I expected including color. It shipped quickly with FedEx out of CA, took about 12 days to arrive in Ohio by truck. I would definitely order this again.

The best ever
I ordered on the first order date. Neatly packaged and fast delivery. The quality of the yarns is fantastic; anyone who appreciates high-quality fibers will love Purl Soho. Since I live in Switzerland, I had to pay customs fees afterward. Of the $121.64 including shipping, I had to pay CHF 27.45 in customs clearance fees.
Customer service: A response within 48 hours, friendly, competent, and thorough (in my case, including photos, as I was looking for specific colors). Absolutely top-notch!

Over the top personal service
Bad math left me with 2 few skeins to finish my project and I was on a personal cruise up the inside passage to Alaska on our boat. The support team @ PurlSoho were able to coordinate dye lots & shipping for our stop in Ketchikan and I was able to finish my sweater and wear when we arrived in Glacier Bay National Park! Amazing as they kept checking in with me to make it all happen!
