2 Reasons Why I LOVE Purl Soho
I absolutely LOVE Purl Soho! They have the most beautiful patterns! I have knit several of them for my baby granddaughter. On top of all that, the customer service and support is excellent! On a Saturday, I was working on a new pattern and got a bit confused. I emailed with my question and got a very detailed and supportive answer in a short amount of time. I highly recommend this company!

Great experience
I ordered some undyed cotton/alpaca blend yarn. The quality is beautiful, the yarn arrived very quickly, it was well packaged to protect the yarn during shipping. It was my first time ordering yarn online (I like to feel the texture) so I was a little unsure, but it was a great experience start to finish. I will absolutely order from them again.

Best experience ever
I ordered this yarn and didn’t receive it. I emailed purl soho to check status. I didn’t have my order number either. Customer service was just phenomenal. They found my order and advised me it was delivered to an old address on my Apple Pay. They immediately sent me another cone. It’s the most beautiful cloud blue soft color. I plan on knitting a blanket pattern they offered for free. So excited! Highly recommend and commend them for their yarn and their customer service.

I’m always hesitant to order yarn…
I’m always hesitant to order yarn online but really wanted to knit the Fresh Picked pot holders. My yarn arrived quickly and even better, the colors were just as they looked online. Knitting the potholders is a lot of fun.
