From start to finish of the purchase the staff at PD were extremely helpful and responsive. Initially supplying me with a video of the ring and answering my questions. Providing me with with the GIA certificate and then an insurance valuation after purchase. On receipt of the ring it was everything that was epected and more.

Where do we begin?? The complete experience was superb, from online guidance to visiting Anastasia in the London showroom and chatting at leisure through all the various personal identifiers that make up a perfect personal purchase, a fabulous 90 minutes spent towards a lifetime commitment. The waiting for the jewelry to be created was hard, just knowing your unique ring was being hand made in the Purely Diamonds facilities, 18 days later (well within the given time frame given at time of purchase) the jewelry arrived complete with the diamond history, valuation certification etc all by tracked 24hr registered mail to our door, amazing, thank you 5*s is not enough to describe our experience .. we will definitely be in touch and return for future jewelry requirements.

I ordered my engagement ring from Purely Diamonds in July 2024 after researching and comparing prices. The online ordering process was smooth, although a font preview for engravings would be a helpful addition.

I initially chose a 2.07ct diamond with an 18ct white gold band, but later changed my mind to a stunning 3.0ct radiant cut diamond and then again to a platinum band.

PD was incredibly accommodating throughout these changes, even refunding me the difference in changing the metal to platinum.

Unfortunately, the ring arrived with a slightly
off-center prong for the main diamond and some unevenly set side stones. PD's London office was very welcoming when I dropped off the ring and quickly rectified these issues. I picked up a perfect ring in September and proposed in Lisbon a few months later.

My fiancée absolutely loves her ring and I couldn't be happier! Stephanie and the PD team were amazing, providing exceptional service every step of the way, thank you!

My husband bought my engagement ring from purely diamonds and the experience was easy, smooth and the customer service was excellent. He chose them because they are a family run business and had great reviews, and they also aren’t a huge chain that puts a massive mark-up on their rings.

Once I received my engagement ring we needed it resized so we went into the London showroom and the staff were very friendly and helpful and made me feel at ease when parting with my ring. The final sizing is perfect and exactly as I had hoped!

We loved the service and rings on offer so much that we chose to buy our wedding bands with purely diamonds too. We went into the showroom again to look and Clare who assisted us was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. With the shape of my engagement ring (marquise) she showed me a style of wedding band that I hadn’t ever considered, that sits perfectly underneath so the two rings can be flush. My original idea went out of my head as I fell in love with the style she showed me, and it fitted perfectly with my engagement ring. I am so grateful that we had this advice and the opportunity to try different styles on in person, as I would have bought another style that wouldn’t have fit as well or complemented my engagement ring as well as the one I ended up choosing. Again, the process of ordering was easy and the final products are as gorgeous as I had hoped. I was able to change the diamonds to match those in my engagement ring well at no extra cost.

After we ordered the wedding bands, I had some bad news and I asked if we could receive the bands sooner than originally planned to potentially get married sooner due to a family illness. Clare was wonderful; she was so empathetic and helpful and our rings arrived sooner than originally planned which helped us a great deal! Thank you so much for your kindness in that terrible time!

For all the reasons stated above, I would highly recommend purchasing from purely diamonds; their customer care, knowledge, range, pricing and final product are excellent and I cannot fault them or the experience.

I am truly happy with service provided from Purley Diamonads and it would be 5 stars but after 1 or 2 weeks one of the small diamonds on the ring came loose and was lost. I know it is just one of them things but then when it comes down to it, it could have been prevented by the way of build. We got in contact with them and sent it back for repair and it was fixed and sorted within the same week, free of charge. We was really happy with that service side of things. Other than that it would have 5 stars. I know I'm being a little picky but I spend a lot of money and to have something like that happen so soon was bit devastating.

Fantastic personalised service, responsive worked closely with me to find me exactly what I wanted and then helped me personalise it some more.
I highly recommend, other high street jewellers could learn from you! It's always a bit scary buying jewellery online but do you research and know what you want and I have no doubt PD will make a beautiful piece of jewellery for you.

Purely Diamonds designed and made a beautiful diamond trilogy ring for a special birthday for me. Although I could not get into the store, their team worked with me to design the ring, even sending mockups for me to try different styles, and they took on board every detail I wanted to customise the design entirely, and made sure it matched an existing ring it was to sit alongside. They then sent me CAD drawings so I could see what the finished ring would look like, and once I approved the design, made the ring and had it securely sent to me in time for my birthday. It is absolutely beautiful and I have had so many compliments on it. I could not be happier with the finished result and would highly recommend their service.

The website was easy to navigate and choose the perfect ring. Once purchased it only took a couple weeks for the ring to be delivered. The diamond is beautiful and very sparkly which my fiancé loves! A very happy woman!

I ordered a ring with a lab grown diamond for our anniversary. It was a bit of a late decision and their usual lead time would have meant it would miss our big day, so I included a request that if possible could they deliver early, and they did. It's a stunning ring and the diamond is beautiful, my wife was really pleased. I would definitely use Purely Diamonds again.
