Purely Diamonds were absolutely superb throughout the entire process. I’d left it a little late to organise an engagement ring and needed it sooner than their standard delivery times allowed. From the moment I got in touch, Alex in customer service went above and beyond — communication was outstanding, and they made sure everything was in place to get the ring ready in time.

The entire process was smooth and stress-free, from initial enquiry to final collection. To avoid any last-minute delivery delays, I chose to collect the ring in person — and I’m happy to say the in-store experience was every bit as professional and welcoming as the service I received online.

Tracey in the Manchester showroom made the entire experience great from start to end. Tracey provided the appropriate time, care and consideration needed to cultivate the right engagment ring and wedding bands. She also went above and beyond to ensure that I got the ring on time and it actually exceeded my high expectations. Could not have envisioned this experience going any better.

I spent years trying to find an engagement ring for my partner, and once that was finally sorted (from another site), I then had to find the wedding rings. I had to buy her wedding ring from the previous site for them to make it fit with the engagement ring, but for mine I had to start over looking through all the websites.

Once I finally chose upon this design, and having seen a few replica copies from other stores in my town and online, no-one had this design and so I went with this company.

This site was actually the cheapest that I could find for the rings that I could have bought here instead of where I previously bough mine from, and so this made me fill with confidence that the ring I was buying would be the cheapest too, which it actually was - and also was the only place to buy that design!

Placing the order and receiving the order was very easy, sadly, there was a bit of miscommunication with trying to view the ring initially because I was told from their Manchester store that this design was not available to see in person in London, but later I was to find out that it would have been.

I tried to find the actual ring size of my finger from the local shops, but this was very difficult to do (long story) and I should have actually gone to see them in London personally to get this size figured out.

So when the ring arrived, it didn't quite look exactly like the picture as it kinda looked like it was physically a hammered finish, but was in-fact a hammered effect finish that has been manually cut to make it look like it was hammered. At first I was a bit unsure if I liked it, but then I fell in LOVE with it. It really was crafted beautifully and was very unique. Sadly, the ring was very too big for my finger.

So I had to make an appointment to see them and get this re-sized. We finally found the size I needed and went for a size slightly smaller just in-case which could be stretched out to make it 1 size bigger as the current ring was not able to be re-sized and so a new ring had to be made from scratch.

So when the new ring arrived, it fitted a lot better and even though it is slightly tight, I know that if I want it slightly bigger, it can easily be done.

All I can say about this company is that they looked after me, they did a fantastic job from start to finish and I couldn't really ask anything more from them. I know had I just went to London we could have avoided the wrong size situation, but it all got sorted in the end so no issues. I would 100% recommend using this company. Also, if you do go to see them, it situated in an amazing part of London which you can also go explore and make a nice day of it.

Thank you guys so much for creating a beautiful ring for my wedding. If I ever need to buy another piece of jewelry, I will sure go to you first.

We've purchased three rings from PD now and each purchase & experience has been good, the first was back in 2015, the 2nd in 2017 and the third in 2024. I doubt we'd buy diamonds anywhere else now, not that we buy loads sadly LOL. My engagement & wedding ring were from PD, then a further small ring was purchased at a half size smaller to make sure they don't come off...

Each ring is beautifully made, you can choose diamond and metal options, they're made to your dates, and I've been into their offices before to choose a ring. No hard sell either, I was all up for 'more' but actually PD suggested that the 'less' option would look better.

They offer a cleaning service too, I use this each year to make the rings look like new and they check the claws etc. This takes a mere few days.

Because they don't have showrooms/retail outlets their cost is around 2/3 of high street but the service & range are way better. I love all three of mine and I'm sure they'll reflect pretty colours for many years to come. I highly recommend Purely Diamonds.

We purchased my engagement ring from purely diamonds 9 years ago and it is still as beautiful as ever, however it needed a replat and resize. From my initial contact with Alex to receiving the ring back was smooth sailing. Alex sent me the form I needed entered the information and sent ring and form back. The team had my
engagement ring resized and replated and sparkling like new all within 7 days.
The whole process was flawless and the pricing very competitive

Quick process and great quality

I've used Purely Diamonds a few times in recent years and always been impressed by their service.

I had to contact them regarding a slight plating issue recently and was overwhelmed with how quickly they were able to fix it and return it. I imagined it would take more than a week but it was almost a same day return by registered post.

Had an eternity ring and a pair of stud earrings from purely diamonds both been excellent and lovely quality.

We have had two different orders over the last 12 months for family celebrations with each item being specifically made to order. These were delivered within the promised timescales. Although there was a minor issue with one of the items, this was dealt with promptly by the company, which has excellent customer services, and we are delighted with our purchases.
