My wife and I would like to thank Tracey, Clare and team for such a positive shopping experience.

My wife's engagement ring, which was 33 years old, had lost a stone and wasn't practical to repair.

We came across Purely Diamonds online and arranged a face to face appointment with Tracey in the Manchester office.

Tracey took time to run through ring options and sizes with my wife and she was very patient and knowledgeable.

The prices were so good my wife took the opportunity to upgrade her eternity ring.

Purely Diamonds are amazing, got my first ring from them in circa 2011, since then I have bought another four rings. The rings have varied from straight from the website to totally bespoke, the options they offer would suit many people and for more bespoke works, they give sound advice and work with you to get you your hearts desired piece of jewellery. A very happy customer, who will be back!

My partner found purely diamonds online, before going into the Manchester branch for an appointment.From the start customer service was amazing, Tracy was very knowledgeable and helped him every step of the way. We were able to get an appointment quickly for resizing and have since been back for our wedding bands. I sent over options to Tracy via email, she sent me pictures of my choices and a few more on her hand with my engagement ring on, which was really helpful, before booking an appointment to see them a couple of days after.

When I made an order for an engagement ring and asked for a delivery date of what seemed like the impossible, Stephanie and her team managed to pull it out of the bag to deliver on time an absolute brilliant ring.

Great service from start to finish. After researching other diamond online retailers I chose Purely Diamonds because of their reputation and great reviews which I can confirm were well deserved. From my initial interest in a particular ring I quickly received a try at home sample and after several messages between myself and Alex in Customer Care ordered my trilogy diamond ring, a present from my husband for my 60th birthday. We arranged to collect the ring in person from their London premises where we were met by Clare. When we first saw the ring it was a real Wow moment. The quality of the diamonds were outstanding and Clare spent time going through the certificates and information relating to each diamond. Having never purchased a ring of this quality and carat before the whole experience was amazing. If I was ever fortunate enough to buy another piece of diamond jewellery or our daughters get married we would have no hesitation in going back to Purely Diamonds or recommending them to others.

My daughter lost one of her earrings which I had purchased from Purely Diamonds last year. I contacted them to ask for a replacement and Alex was amazing. She was very helpful and efficient and placed the order for the replacement. She also asked for the other earring to be returned to ensure the replacement was an accurate match and also clean it so it looked new.
Really appreciate the care and consideration taken by Alex and would definitely recommend using Purely Diamonds.

My experience with Purely Diamonds was great, Anastasia was so helpful on our zoom call, helping me choose the exact ring I was looking for, her in depth knowledge on the jewlerry was exceptional.
