I would always recommend PureGym to…
I would always recommend PureGym to everyone. I do classes on Mondays with Pablo which are always enjoyable & I always walk away feeling good & that I’ve worked hard. Pablo is always so friendly, polite & always welcoming and supportive and willing to help, his an asset to PureGym.

Firstly the staff always make you feel welcome. Professional throughout with underpinning knowledge. Not only do they look the part, Great to see the staff practice what they preach. Good range of equipment for everyone. No waiting around. Always have a great workout.

Typical beats and switch with upgrades avoid
Be very careful once you’ve signed up you will be offered multiple times to upgrade for a month for free but it isn’t for free because of how their billing works. They’ll always charge you extra B8 pound £10. £15 so just don’t do it. You complain to them and they just blame on their Bill system which really has nothing to do with what I’m free month should be a free month is a free month i.e. you don’t pay for that month not you don’t pay for that month if you upgrade on the day that your Bill comes out exactly on the same day and then cancel it exactly on the day before your billing ends.

So disappointing with the customer service received as I cancel my membership and still charged me when was cancelled and would not refund me, the treatment I got from then was so rude made me feel like I was an idiot

Absolute nightmare – Lost money, blocked account, terrible customer service!
PureGym’s customer service is an absolute joke and rock bottom. They don't work on weekends, there is no phone support, and email responses take forever.
A little over a week ago, I bought an Off-Peak monthly membership, paid upfront. I ran into access issues at the gym, so I decided to upgrade to a Core membership. That’s when the nightmare began: my account was randomly blocked, and then my membership was completely cancelled—even though I had almost three weeks remaining that I had already paid for.
When I tried to resolve this with customer support, their "solution" was for me to buy a brand new membership again, offering only to reduce the joining fee next month. Not a single word about refunding the money I had already paid!
It feels like an absolute scam—they basically stole £25.99 from me. Avoid this company at all costs!

Love going to a PureGym
Love going to a PureGym. I have the multi town access and this way I am assured that I can put a workout in no matter where I am in the country.
However , I always try to avoid peak times ( I know it’s hard for some people ) mainly to ensure I have cleaner and available equipment.

PT training with Margarita Toshkesi - AMAZING !!
I have been a member of PureGym for several years mainly going to the classes as I wasn't confident using the equipment.
I never wanted to train with a PT until this year. My friend & I decided that we should put our money where our mouth is & stop with the lip service. We chose Margarita for various reasons - she is similar in our age, 50's, she isn't a typical social media flaunt, qualified in the area's that our body needs at our age & after talking with her there was no BS - hard work & commitment was what was needed from us to reach our goal of getting fitter & stronger.
We signed up for 8 weeks with the determination of going on our own after the 8 weeks. We finished our 8 weeks this morning & have made a commitment to train with Margarite once a week going forward...
I never thought I would say I LOVE going to the gym but training with Margarita has changed that - I genuinely love going to the gym, working out & seeing the results at our weigh/measure days.
I now work out in area's of the gym that I used to feel intimidated in because I know how to use the equipment - my confidence has grown massively !!
The knowledge Margarita has shared is invaluable, her commitment is second to none. I cannot speak highly enough about her. Thank you so much @margarita.toshkesi
Here's to the next gym chapter in our lives :-) x

Better off not spending your money at these commercial gyms , start your own gyms , it's actually cheaper in the long run and create your own safe spaces . These commercial gyms do not care about you .
