Called several times, several emails sent in regard to my daughters medication. 9 years old and begging for her medication to help her sleep! No reply from Email or telephone calls. Something is suspicious! Have had to chase prescriptions from the start! I am beginning to regret my daughter being assessed by this private clinic.

started off really well but out of the blue (after id payed for another follow up) my appointment was cancelled no explanation,no further appointment,no care plan .Been left on medication I cant just come off ,cant get through on any number dont reply to emails ,no refund.Having to find another private Dr as no shared agreement sent through and cant just stop medication .Dangerous and unproffesional

Having self diagnosed with ADHD I wasn’t planning on getting a formal diagnosis until further reading made me feel that some physical symptoms, chronic constipation, exhaustion and muscle spasms, could be low dopamine which is a common part of ADHD. So I took the plunge and made an appointment with Dr Mole. 2 months in, and with some careful adjustment of medication levels, I am beginning to feel like a human being again.

The whole process from booking, prescriptions and aftercare is flawless. I’m so glad I took this step at 57 years old.

We have had a really good experience with Psymplicity. The booking system, interactions with all the staff and the doctor we saw have just been wonderful. Follow-up and after-care also really good. We have felt very looked after.

What's going on? No phone lines open, no emails, booking form page on the website deleted??

We felt well cared for and listened to. Everything explained in detail, options given, and it was all kept as straightforward as possible. Can't fault the clinical care.
The only niggle is that the admin department were a bit hit and miss, I think because they were changing up all their systems - so we had delayed prescriptions, prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy, etc.

Was very impressed with Dr Ponsford. She was knowledgeable, engaging and made a huge difference to my daughter's well being.

From when I booked my consultation to when I spoke to the Doctor at my assessment has all been a seamless and professional process. Staff are on hand to answer any of my queries regarding payments or further advice from my assessment. I can highly recommend this 5 star service to anyone who is starting their journey with ADHD.
