Our experience with Psymplicity has been outstanding from start to finish. The administrative team were incredibly helpful, professional, and supportive. in particular, the gentleman I spoke to prior to the appointment went above and beyond to assist and made the whole process feel smooth and reassuring.

The psychiatrist we saw was exceptional. He was kind, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to listen properly, made Kaitlin feel comfortable, and approached everything with empathy and professionalism. We felt genuinely heard and supported throughout the appointment.

After a very stressful time trying to access the right help, this experience was a huge relief. We left feeling reassured, understood, and confident in the plan moving forward.

I cannot speak highly enough of the care I’ve received from Dr Beider. I came to him during a very difficult and unstable period, and from the outset he was calm, professional and incredibly reassuring. He took the time to really listen and understand what was going on, rather than rushing to conclusions.

What stood out most was how carefully and thoughtfully he managed my treatment. Adjustments to medication were made in a measured and considered way, and I always felt safe and fully informed throughout the process. The improvement in my wellbeing has been significant, and I genuinely feel like myself again.

Psymplicity has genuinely changed my life and I can’t thank Dr Bieder and his team enough. The service has been excellent from the start.
Appointments are easy to arrange and happen quickly, and both medication and letters are processed very efficiently.

I’ve been with them for nearly 8 months now without a single issue.

The pharmacy is fantastic and very quick as well. Medication from them is delivered within 24hrs and the communication with them is easy.

Dr Bieder is always on hand, and the care team are very responsive whenever I need support. Review appointments are always helpful and well organised.

I truly can’t fault the service and would highly recommend them.

Having moved around the world with my families rather extensively I have been exposed to many healthcare systems and Drs. Dr Duffet really truly and deeply understands his patients needs and where given their condition things can go awry and goes above and beyond the call of duty to offer his patients calm and empathetic CARE,
coming from
a place of true and compassionate understanding. All of the administrative staff that I have delt with are friendly and understanding of both normal and exceptional requests that arise with appropriate efficiency and dilligence. I am SO grateful to all of you that truly "get" my challenges without judgement but acknowledgement instead, making my life just that needed little bit more manageable. I feel supported and CARED for (again emphasis on the true meaning of CARE) with the medical services you responsibly offer me. Thank you for the bottom of my heart for a job incredibly well done over and over again and the impact this has on my life and those close to me. I can't really thank you all enough!

Great doctor, affordable prices.

I have used Psymplicity again for an assessment for my other kids. I have been really happy with there customers service and the Dr we saw.

The support from reception staff, customer support and the psychiatrist was excellent.

The appointment was to review my medication for adhd, mental health and autism traits.

The staff were all supportive and empathic.

2)Do not money grab, book you only what you need, but ensure to fill the time and fit in what you need - great value and time management skills

4) Dr Khan has been amazing, I fear male professionals and that fear has now gone with Dr Khan.
5) I have forgot his name sorry but the other psychiatrist I seen when Dr Khan took his holiday (as all professionals are entitled to take) was also great.
6) Admin and Patient Care are amazing and quick to respond

9) I see all psychiatrists here are fully registered & licensed and some are NHS workers or were previously.
10) ADHD Assessment was thorough. There were forms before hand. This secures accurate diagnosis so do not be put off. This just excludes other potential illness/issues be it physically or mental health or living environment , there is a focus on childhood too and any illness Please remember so much can overlap with ADHD so this is required for accurate diagnosis and is a legal requirement for diagnosis .Any clinic not to be as thorough as here, coulld be giving you a miss service. In ADHD a shortcut diagnosis risks not being accurate so risks wrong treatment so you won't feel better. Here will assess legally to guidelines.

12) I am especially grateful to Dr Khan. I fear make professions especially male psychiatrists but Dr Khan has restored my trust and confidence, I am really comfortable with him now. I was able to comfortably see his college on his annual leave who was also lovely. Sorry forgot other psychiatridt name.
