Mot and service issues
Having had a mot carried out with all items resolved by the garage .I had a service carried out a couple of months later the comments afterwards were that the car needed major work due to corrosion (non of which was mentioned at Mot also other work needed doing (the car had travelled approx 1500 miles) .When I said this to them they said the Guy that MOT ed the car didn’t work for them anymore and to speak to them on the Monday they then said to speak to their area manager to discuss and gave me his email .I sent him a email two weeks ago and haven’t had a reply .

Great customer service
I had a puncture whilst on holiday and protyre was recommended to take my car to. The staff were incredibly friendly and managed to fix the puncture quickly and efficiently. First class service.

amazingly helpfull
Considering we have been through a few heatwaves in the last few months I was amazed today when just a couple of hours before closing on a Saturday I popped in and asked if they would be able to do an AC re-gas.
Without hesitation and after checking what refrigerant type my car needed they took my car straight in and refilled the AC system while I waited.
A very quick and courteous service, thank you to all who were working today.

Happy with the work on my car.
The Manager there was lovely, extremely friendly and helpful. The work on my car was done efficiently and not too long to wait above the hour specified.
I think the waiting area could do with a re-vamp. There were lots of people waiting for the work to be completed on their cars so it could be made more comfortable.

Needed an exhaust end for the wife’s car on a Saturday afternoon which everyone couldn’t provide either because they where closed or to lazy and used excuses.
Visited Protyre on the Granby and everything changed. Nothing was too much of a problem. They were quick efficient and had the car fixed and back on the road by close of play at 4 pm.
A huge thank you to the whole team, your customer service and professionalism was 2nd to none when everybody else failed.
