My sister in law recommended your services when I mentioned I'd been having problems with my car. I booked in for 'diagnostics' at 5pm so that I could attend after work. I work for the prison service so have limited availability due to my shifts. I expected to just hand over the keys as they'd be closing up, but the man at the counter still offered to take my car down the road so that he could hear the noise I was concerned about. He promptly informed me of the problem and I was booked in for 2 days time. Jamie was really informative throughout, and the job was completed within a matter of hours. I will not be returning to my previous garage and will now come to you in future due to such a positive experience. Loved the fact there was a coffee machine in the waiting area, toilets, tables and laptop charging ports which is ideal for people like me who work around the clock and are glued to their emails!

Took my van into Protyre Aylesford for…

Completed work without permission
UPDATE,
been in contact with Jamie from the garage regarding this and they have apologised for the mix up.
Usually would give 5 star but on this visit for some reason it was decided to complete work on the car without discussing it with me or my wife first.
It was booked in for a break test to find what was needed to be worked on and then work on it as and when we had the funds and instead the pads and discs were replaced and we were given a £370 bill to pay right there and then when we had not prepared any funds to pay.
This forced my wife to use finance and have a £90 monthly bill which is going to be difficult to afford.
