Great Service!
My car was booked in on the date I requested and on arrival the reception had all my details so I left the car in their care. They were very friendly and treated me as a valued customer. The car was booked in for a Silver Service, an MOT, two new front tyres, a puncture repair on a rear tyre. I received a phone call from the garage saying my car was ready for collection. The bill was reasonable considering the amount of work completed. I am very pleased with everything they did and would recommend them for servicing and repairing cars, 5 stars to them.

Had to wait 2 days as the garage was…
Had to wait 2 days as the garage was busy. Had agreed a tyre change which was an advisory but wasnt done so had to wait again and this still showed in my MOT pass as an sdvisory even though i agreed to have it done for the MOT. My service book was not stamped so had to go back in
The Service Standards were very poor.
I have used this branch for 5 consecutive MOT’s and have also used the Gold service every time so as a regular customer feel very poorly treated.
I will look to use another Garage to use in future.

Staff were very pleasant and polite. At other places you have to leave your car with them all day but I was only there for one hour. Very happy with the service.

Finally it was great service but…
Finally it was great service but initially I was booked in for 12 Monday dinner and at 11-50 I received a phone call from you to say they hadn't been delivered I was 200m from your unit. So I was booked in Tuesday at 4 I was panicking I was going on holiday Wednesday 08-00 but you did an excellent job in the end.
