Don’t rely on appt time
I feel bad giving too low a review because they were nice guys but I booked an appt to have my aircon regassed at 09:30 one morning. I dropped the keys into reception at about 09:25 they said it would be about an hour so I went for breakfast at a cafe round the corner. Returned at 10:30 and my car was still where I left it.. I went back into reception and was told it would be 10-15 minutes and just take a seat. 11:15 I got my keys back. I had plans after the appointment that were effected by the delay, I get they’re busy but the whole point in booking that appointment rather than just turning up was to fit it around my day. I feel better communication would have been nice if I had known it was going to take that long I could’ve just rebooked for another day. The guys were nice and they checked my tyres without me asking while they had the car so I don’t really want to slate them but it was just inconvenient 😂 just bare in mind if you’re booking for something not to plan anything around it I guess

Prompt service, friendly staff and competitive pricing
We'd been advised that we needed two new tyres on my wife's car so we dropped into Protyre Leyland on spec. They ordered us some tyes at a good price and booked us in for two days later. I took the car in at the scheduled time and was all done in half an hour. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

I usually get good service from B&W
I usually get good service from B&W, but not this time, you failed my car because of thin rear pads, you estimated less than 2mm even though the posted Gov minimum is 1.5mm, if your estimate had been correct fair point, but the pads were 3mm thick measuable with a rule so twice the minimum requirement if you are going to fail a car and cause someone loads of problems actual real measurements rather than an estimated guess should fail a car.
