What a professional service with a great welcoming attitude, i would fully recommend using them. My Golf had a flat tyre in which i visited the Protyre Autocentre in Beccles with no appointment made, the guys managed to accommodate me and replace the tyre at a reasonable price, but, overall the service was excellent and fast. Sensitive Clio sensors.Ongoing tyre problem with my Clio.Chris and the team really patient with me constantly asking to re fill my tyres and this weekend it had a sensor replaced.

Poor customer service and availability…
Booked an MOT and it failed which was fair, I fixed the problems within 1 week and called to book a partial retest to be told they had no availability within the 2 week limit. I had to protest to be squeezed in late on a Friday with no other options. The whole conversation came across as abrupt and Rude which I did not appreciate.

Wrong date
I got the booking date wrong and had failed to turn up on the right day. But when I went in the Friday , which was the day I’d thought I’d booked the staff and manager were very helpful and managed to squeeze me in and change my tyres for me.
