I had a very thorough assessment and evaluations over a period of time. The assessment questionnaires are on par for professional evaluation and assessments. The psychologist was very kind and patient. It's good to have an understanding of diagnosis and referrals for ongoing follow-up care.

From beginning to end, my experience with Prosper Health was exceptional. My assessor was kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional. What stood out most to me was how objective and thorough she was throughout the entire evaluation. I never felt like she had reached a conclusion before gathering all of the information. She asked thoughtful questions, carefully considered the data, and took the time to understand the full picture before providing her assessment. That level of professionalism gave me a great deal of confidence in the process.

As someone seeking a neurodevelopmental evaluation, I also appreciated how accommodating and understanding they were of the very population they serve. The entire experience felt respectful, affirming, and well organized. Communication was prompt, scheduling was easy, and everyone I interacted with was responsive and helpful.

The final report was equally impressive. It was exceptionally thorough, insightful, and thoughtfully written. Rather than simply providing a diagnosis, it explained the reasoning behind the conclusions, identified meaningful patterns, and offered insights that have helped me better understand myself.
