Charles was very helpful from start to finish. We were new to selling a property and Charles was happy to answer any questions and when we had to ask him to remind us of processes, he was very patient.
We are now looking forward to moving into our new property.

Absolute waste of time, Garry knew the full details on our initial call. Then after many many calls from me and a couple of call backs, Jesse said they were not interested. Plus, they do not actually purchase property, they only act as agents. Putting the property into auction, should have done that in the first place.

A bunch of complete time wasters. Tried to use them because of slow interest in the sale of my house.
I thought I knew what I might be getting into using a company like this, but I still had lots to learn.
Complete time wasters. Gave high initial cash offer. They paid lip service to the valuation given by 2 local agents. They put all the emphasis on the surveyors report. I wasn't given access to the report, but spurious reasons given to firm up an extremely low final offer.
However, the whole process was not only disappointing but also took so long. I phoned them or emailed them nearly every day for about 4 weeks. I really struggled to get updates. My main contact hardly ever responded to emails or phone messages.
My advice: steer clear. They are rip off merchants, big style. I just hope they lost loads of money on my interest.

Massively slow service, constantly chased, promises to come back to us, broken continually, then the inevitable. “Oh, it didn’t value of what you said!”Than the reduced offer - which was laughable. I wish I had taken notice of the bad experience reviews on this company already posted on here - We started dealing with them in November 2022 - they promised the earth - they promised and signed to purchase at an acceptable purchase price for our property within 3 weeks - then it all went quiet - we made numerous calls and sent numerous emails to them and when they answered there were loads of excuses - then on 16th January 2023 "sorry we can't give you the agreed amount but we can give a figure of XXX"

Figure XXX was £43,000 below the figure that was originally offered / agreed upon - so the new offered purchase price was £110,000 below market value of the 2 estate agents that they sent to value our property !!!! - KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR ENERGY OR MENTAL HEALTH

Terrible. Prop on the market at £195k. Had offers up to £190. Should have taken them yes, but decided to stay. Then the perfect home came up. Accepted a massive cut in price from PPC but was worth it for the house, speed and the certainty. Promised a sale in around 3 weeks! After almost 3 months atv the last moment after calls and emails ignored, they knock another £30k off. Furious. To say the least. All that time lost. Total waste. I have read now that they do this a lot. Hoping you are desperate enough to agree.
Basically a bunch of Con artists trading on peoples problems.

Just accepted an offer on my property after explanation understood how they work and have moved very efficiently with the time scale I set.would definitely recommend if you are looking at selling your property quickly without any stress

What a con , stay away from this company, the original offer gets dropped by £100,000 after 2 independent valuations and a survey.
Please please please DO NOT USE them unless your willing to take a huge market Value loss. Ruined plans for my foster family , schools , lives , etc

It was an absolute delight to deal with the staff at the Property Purchasing Company. Charles Wiredu worked with us throughout the whole process to try and secure a sale. Lots of advice was given and communication was excellent. I have know doubt that this company should be one of the first to approach if you need to sell your property quickly.

Spoke to consultant and gave them the required information. Within 24 hours received an offer which I considered fair. Great service.

Even though we didn’t sell our house to the property purchasing company the service and correspondence was 5 stars. Value of the property was fair and only reason we didn’t proceed is we received another offer from a couple which was nearer to my asking price.

AVOID! If you want to save your time please avoid this company at all costs. They have wasted 5 weeks of my time. They initially gave me a figure which was already 50k below market value which I agreed with. Throughout the 5 weeks it was only myself chasing. After 5 weeks they asked me to remove my house off the market. As soon as I removed it off the market they came and offered me 93k less than their initial figure. I am absolutely livid and annoyed with myself for not believing everyone that they would waste my time.

Have used the property purchasing company and have found them to be very professional . Very honest and dealt with my enquiry in an efficient way . Would recommend if you use this method of selling .

Honest about how they work what you could get on the open market and why they make the offer you get including their selling/ repair costs legal costs etc. Didn’t take the offer but we’ll worth doing.

Our agent was quick to respond and offered a very reasonable sum for our property with the benefit of no legal or agency fees and little fuss on selling.
