Superb service from initial enquiry to installation.
Superb service from initial enquiry, through site visit/estimate, then order. Anticipated time frame for supply and potential installation was spot on and installation completed efficiently with a minimum of fuss, maximum efficiency and no mess. Can't speak highly enough of all Saffron Outdoor Living staff that dealt with us through the whole process - office and site. Awning looks good and works a treat as well !

Excellent service
The 2 fitters arrived on time. Very efficient and polite. Consulted us on placing etc. Fitted the awning and showed us how to use it. Explained everything very clearly. Left site clean and tidy. Also the office staff were incredibly helpful (Beth) when ordering, great choice of products on line. 0Reasonable pricing.

Saffron fiited our awning last summer
Saffron fiited our awning last summer. We had an issue with it and the supplier wasn't very helpful. They were expecting us to climb up ladders at 75 and 77 years old to adjust the awning. I called Saffron for support and they were able to liase with the supplier who eventually agreed to pay Saffron to remedy the situation. Saffron came to the rescue and sorted it out in seconds. 5 Stars!!!

Unusual enquiry met with very helpful response
What a great and professional attitude from the staff here - particularly Beth - my unusual enquiry and subsequent order was dealt with in a brilliant "finding bespoke solutions manner" - the actual order value was tiny but this is a company that knows good customer service is recognised both in recommendation and probable future business

Awing service and clean
We needed an awning company that could look at my mum’s balcony awning. It was having a few issues staying out. I contacted Saffron Outdoor living, and they from the outset said it will be something simple like batteries to the sensor. The awning need a service and a clean, we arranged a convent day and time to carry out. The team that came were brilliant. Polite, clean professionals.
From start to finish the whole experience has been 5 star+.

Amazing Company!
What a great Company & it was a brilliant experience dealing with them! We were let down by a fitter to install our electric awning but were recommended Saffron Outdoor Living. We made contact & they were very obliging & helpful over the phone & arranged fitting within a few days.
Liam & his pal arrived as promised & fitted the awning in no time. They did a very professional job, set up the remote control & connected it to an electrical supply for us so everything was working fine before they left. They were both very friendly and helpful, demonstrated how to operate the awning & how to change the awning valance when required. They also left us a comprehensive Handover pack that clearly describes how to care & maintain the awning as well as providing a 12 month guarantee on fitting. The company can also change the fabric on the existing or replace awnings if required at some future date.
I must say the whole process was exceptional. We can't recommend Saffron Outdoor Living highly enough. So happy to find such a helpful & customer focused setup. We will certainly use them again & really appreciated Liam's help & very pleased with the results!
