Do not use this firm
Do not use this firm, I have lost a week simply trying to get quotes from them. I have used them in the past and it was a good service, I can only assume they have changed hands or are under new management.

An Arts & Crafts Chair for delivery
I accept the journey was long together with heavy traffic. Knowing that the driver was Romanian and his mate as well, I greeted them in Romanian much to their surprise. They were extremely polite and helpful, taking my rocking chair to my flat on the second floor. I know their beautiful country well. They were delighted and left happy for a long journey back. I would be happy to recommend Proovia Couriers.

Excellent service, kept fully up to date by email on delivery date and time. On the day received updates on exact time and 5 minutes before arrival had a call. Delivery people were both very pleasant. Happy to recommend.

Excellent service
Communication was great. They arrived on time with a 10 minute advance message. They carried the heavy item inside and were very careful, even removing shoes just to step in and place the item down carefully. An excellent service from Victor and Jass.
