One word "Will"

I had spent weeks trying to understand projectors and screens and all the terminology which was truly baffling me. I volunteer for a community facility, which, of the many uses for the projector was an art class, so the lights would be on. In all my research, I had made a decision. and was about to place my order on amazon then Projector Point popped up somehow. On my 1st call Will took all the details of my requirements, requested photo's of the venue and asked about our budget.

The next day he came back with his recommendations and reasons why. We took his advice 100% and actually saved £150 for the charity.

I see that projectorpoint is already very highly-rated on trustpilot, but I'd like to add my own positive review. I've recently been hunting for a decent home cinema projector screen, and after scrolling through endless pages of cheap tat on Amazon, I was very relieved to discover PP's webpage. I ordered the Eikon 230cm 16:9 screen, and the next day I received a call from Jessica who walked me through some questions about my room size (throw distance etc) to make sure that the screen was right for me. She clearly knew her stuff ! After we'd confirmed that the details were correct, the screen arrived a couple of days later. It's installed now, and I'm VERY happy with the purchase. I'd definitely use PP again :)

It was good decision to buy from a specialist company rather than a general online dealer. I was delighted to be able to speak immediately to a real person who could advise me on the best projector for my needs.

I was unsure which Projector to purchase for my club. I spoke with Will at Projectorpoint and he went through the options with me and made a recommendation which I bought. After purchase, Will ensured I received tracking information for the projector (which was received the next day) and also ensured I knew what to do to extend the warranty. A superb service, the 2nd time I have used Projectorpoint and I won't hesitate if I need to use them again.

Spoke to Will because I had a few questions to ask. He was a fountain of knowledge and advised me about purchasing a projector. Delivery was prompt and he also included a super fast HDMI cable. I set up the projector and was blown away by its performance, it more than delivered what I was promised. I would highly recommend using Will again.

Gulam was great at helping us out last minute. We ordered a projector and suddenly needed it sooner then expected. He made sure we could arrange a courier to go and pick up the projector at the warehouse so we could get it as fast as possible. This was great client service and great communication from them. First projector had an internal manufacturing problem (not due to projector point in any way).
A different projector was shipped and arrived in less than three days from the problem being identified.
How a company handles a problem is the best indication of how good a company is.
Projectorpoint replaced the faulty unit without issue and kept me fully informed on the procedure.

Incredible service. After ordering, we received a thoughtful phone call from clearly expert staff to check that the model of projector would work with the layout of our room and screen. The device was delivered very fast and is excellent. When we encountered some issues with it (not the fault of ProjectorPoint), staff were absolutely amazing, arranging rapid collection, diagnosis, and replacement. Thank you, Fane and Will!

We are so glad we went for a well-regarded British firm, rather than sacrificing service in order to shave a few pounds off the price. Projectors are a big investment, and we would have had a lot of stress and inconvenience if we hadn't gone with ProjectorPoint. Really happy with our decision.
