I highly recommend them. Their approach to the client is extremely professional, and I received clear answers to every question I asked. The quality of the services provided is outstanding.

Delivery a bit slow. Website says 3-5 days. It’s actually been 6 and I am still waiting. I could have bought the screen from the producer in Germany. Their website also said 3-5 days. I thought if I buy from a UK based company I will be delivered much earlier. I was wrong.

Prompt responses to all of my questions/emails prior to buying the screen from them. No complaints from me.

As we know in todays world we expect everything to go smoothly and to the plan we have in our minds. So when it does not a lot of people lose their minds. However this is when a businesses service is put under the spotlight. So I can truly say that Oliver at Personal Projector shone brighter than a Hollywood Star. In my case I purchased an expensive projector to be shipped to Switzerland. After 3 days the tracking from DPD showed nothing other than they had been handed the projector. So the investigation began by Oliver promptly to try and trace down the projector. DPD couriers unfortunately just said they cant do anything until 24 hours after the due arrival date. So after a week of nothing from DPD, Oliver took it upon himself to organise the delivery of another projector to me at great expense to his business. As DPD will not reimburse him for the parcel until it is lost for 2 months. So instead of me having to wait this time period, a new projector was sent to me in Switzerland from the UK in less than 24 hours. All of the dramas associated with this transaction were of no fault of Oliver or Personal Projector and I could not of asked for a better outcome and in the way this hiccup was handled. So I would not hesitate in purchasing anything from Personal Projector. And for any of my AV needs in the future I will certainly being buying from them again

Thanks to Chris and Oliver for their great work to deliver 113” projector screen to Cyprus. They managed to found the best delivery company to deliver 3 meter screen and then tracked delivery process until it was delivered to my door.

The personal support and help with selecting the projector that would best meet my requirements was excellent. Jake is immensely experienced and his willingness to take the time and trouble to share his knowledge have paid off - my projector is perfect. Thank you Jake.

The projector is small and very easy to handle. The battery doesn’t last for a longer time so I have to charge it after every drawing.

Glad I found the pico genie 2 projector,brilliant for artist using it for tracing,very easy to use. Received it very quickly and it was packed well,. I originally ordered projector, tripod and remote,I received email from company to say that the remote and tripod was already included in package, so that was nice saved me a few pound, great to get a company which puts the.customer first.

i've bought superb projector for quite reasonable price; when i had some technical issues they got back to me very fast and tried to find solution for any question or issue i had, would recommend!

P.S. if nobody gets back to you via online chat, try emailing them! i had the same issue as nobody got back to me while waiting for couple of hours in the online chat, so i've contacted them through email and their replies came within hour max, really great support!

Ordered a "VividStorm S Electric Tension Obsidian ALR Floor Rising Screen (NON UST) - 100" - White Casing (VS178)" on 24th Jan, and it arrived 48 hours later. The screen was delivered quickly and in good condition, and it works perfectly.
I wholeheartedly recommend both the screen and the company from which it was ordered (Personal Projector).

Good explanations on the website. Easy to order and the most important thing was that I was able to speak to a person to clarify some questions I had about the product and they were able to answer immediately. I was therefore confident about buying the product and went ahead.

I bought a PicoGenie M550. A great little projector - small, bright, sharp. Very helpful technical support to get it up and running for an exhibition, with the film on constant loop (the VLC app does the job).

It’s small, but really simple. Amazing resolution with short throw distance. Very cute design as well. Definitely worth buying it overseas.

To connect your projector to your phone, just use a usb to connect them both and it’ll screen mirror everything.

This is very easy to use, and very small to put away when not in use. I highly recommend getting a taller stand if you like tracing
