Professional service
I needed to have a boiler valve replaced. From start to finish it was smooth. Communication was neat and timely, the work was professionally done as quoted and promised, and I think the pricing was appropriate. I am very happy with them.

5 star professional company with fair and honest prices
Have used Progas for years for boiler installations and all heating and water issues. Just fixed an air block issue at my flat. Always guaranteed a 5 star service. Professional engineers who always carry out excellent work.
You can trust them to give you the right solution/diagnosis at fair and reasonable price. Don’t bother going any where else. They’ve been fixing London for decades

Used Progas in SE26 for my Gas Safety Certificate. Thanks to Daniel in the office and to Donald, the engineer. Follow up appointment to sleeve pipework was also handled punctually and professionally. Good email comms with Jill and Abi. 1st time using the company but I will definitely use again. Five stars all around !

Very reliable and great service
Very reliable and great service. Was a bit puzzled that I did a call out and the billing structure was a bit strange. Different invoices for the same job that included parts replacement and service. Would recommend unifying billing for the same call. Otherwise, I highly recommend Progas as very reliable.
