I bought the wrong size - As I move from model of shoe to shoe, the size in varies. I bought a 10, knowing that sometimes a 10 is a normal 9. However, on this occasion a size 10 is a size 10. That said, the leather, the colour, the overall build quality is very good and I'm gonna keep 'em.

I eventually got my issue resolved, but it took far more time and effort than it should have.
As an LTA member, I contacted ProDirect because their website advertises Free UK Returns as one of the membership benefits. Despite this, I was repeatedly told that free returns don't apply to tennis orders and that I would need to pay for a return label.
Instead of accepting that answer, I searched ProDirect's own website, found the LTA membership page confirming the benefit and shared it with the advisor. Only then was the information checked, the mistake acknowledged and the correct promo code provided, which worked.
George was polite throughout and deserves credit for reviewing the evidence, apologising and resolving the issue. However, I shouldn't have had to research the company's own website to prove I was entitled to a benefit it advertises. Better training and clearer internal guidance would have made this a quick and straightforward interaction.
On a separate note, it's also disappointing that ProDirect doesn't offer price matching, which makes it less competitive than other authorised retailers in the UK.
The issue was resolved in the end, but I hope ProDirect improves both the accuracy of the information provided by customer service and its overall customer offering.
