Paid for next day delivery didn’t get…
Paid for next day delivery didn’t get my item to 3 days later only gave me a refund of £3 on the 799. I paid for delivery or I could’ve had £10 credit which I didn’t want because I didn’t trust a company to give me my items on time won’t be going back to shop here.

Did not recieve my item
Due to using DPD delivery services which I have had problems with in the past they were unsuccessful delivering my item on one occasion then took my item back to the warehouse held it for 7 days then returned it to your store this is not pro direct sports fault but there is much better delivery services to choose from than DPD

Unfortunately not great as the shoes didn't seem new and were damaged. However, they have sent me a free returns form and I've returned them. Hopefully I can update this review soon :)
I wouldn't usually write a negative review early but have been sent a couple of emails from the company asking me to review.

2 poor experiences in a row, for the same reason
Items are great. Communication is great.... after you wait a week and chase for an update. My last 2 orders have sat there doing nothing for a week until I email to ask what is going on. Both times there have been stock issues with items on the order, but rather than email to say this, they just sit on their hands and wait, yet the website says everything is on stock, ready to go, surely a company of this side has stock management, I've seen it on the football boots so why is it slipping on the smaller stuff?

Parcel left outside (££££) and stolen. Ridiculous process to get a replacement
Parcel got left outside by courier. It got stolen. Paid for additional shipping so this was surprising. Then go to get a replacement / refund something and have to fill out endless forms, they take up to 10 days to investigate if it was delivered, and god knows what else rubbish from here. Seems like a complete scam.
