The Hoka trainers are excellent
The Hoka trainers are excellent. However, the delivery process from order picking to passing to the courier needs to be quicker. In addition the choice of the Royal Mail is always going to be problematic due to their inefficient service.

Seamless experience, multiple orders
Our son plays football to a high standard and, as such, goes through a ton of boots and training gear. When we order from Pro:Direct Sport, everything goes to plan. We've had no issues over multiple orders now, and as such I wanted to leave this feedback.

This company will not return my money
I visited the ProDirect store in the Arndale centre in Manchester. My daughter needed new football boots. She got her feet measured in store, using the 3D scanner, I was told she needed a size 4 boot, the assistant then went away to get the boots. He returned shortly after and told me the store didn't have any in stock. I therefore needed buy them online and have them delivered. I ordered a pair of size 4 boots online and waited for them to be delivered. Upon delivery, the boots were far too tight, so I went back to the store to exchange for a larger size. The store refused the exchange, telling me the online shop is a different company than them. I tried to return them online but the site wouldn't load the returns page. I am in email contact with the customer services now and every request I have made (4) for the money to be returned is being refused. They say the sizing was based on the store scanner and it clearly says the sizes vary. I was never informed of this. I was told I needed a size 4 boot that they didn't have in stock. They try and play the "it is not out fault, it is the other company that has the problem" game. In the meantime the customer loses money and is left holding the can. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone and I hope this comment protects you from going down the same path as I am unfortunately on.
