Paid extra for “Premier” delivery — item never showed up. A week of silence, then customer service tells me I have to wait 10 days before they’ll even investigate. Ten days! For a service I paid to be fast.
If you can’t deliver on time, fine, mistakes happen — but leaving customers hanging with zero urgency after they’ve paid a premium is unacceptable. Avoid if you actually need your order on time. Customer service reached out but when I emailed you this is what you sent me I this is the only correspondence I have gotten from you regarding my parcel
You stated in the email you can’t do anything about my parcel until the 10th day that will be 2 full weeks after my parcel should have been delivered what is the point of premier delivery when you can’t do anything about a missing parcel for 2 whole weeks as said earlier things can go wrong, mistakes happen but to leave me hanging for 2 weeks for a delivery that was supposed to be a next day delivery is absolutely ridiculous

We bought two pairs of elite football boots
We bought two pairs of elite football boots from prodirect, we paid the next day delivery and they were promptly delivered the following day.
There was a slight issue with one of the boots, we emailed and went onto live chat. We finally spoke to Vicki who was amazing to sort the situation out very quickly. Very good customer service and would buy from again.
