Fantastic store I definitely recommend!
Went to this store after visiting 3 other kitchen stores looking for a set of pans and I’m so
pleased I did! Lots of choice and the staff member (a young lady) was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Will definitely be returning here even though I would need to travel and hour or so to get there! Fantastic!

This was the second time I have used this Pro Cook store at Doncaster.
Very friendly staff, easy to find products, staff very knowledgeable about the items I was buying.
If the pan lasts as long as my others I will be very happy.

Purchase of kitchen scissors.
There was no problem with my purchase. Staff willing and polite. However, I did ask a question about the quality of the kitchen scissors I was buying and the staff member cheerfully said they were good but I got the impression that she really didn't know. In which case it would have been better to say that she hadn't heard any feedback regarding those scissors.

Excellent advice and service in the Doncaster shop. Online order not so good - didn't inform me a particular part of the order was out of stock hence the delay. But overall was dealt with very well when I phoned to find out what was going on.

MIsleading summary on Information card inside display saucepans. Claimed to be dishwasher safe. When unpacked pans and read the detailed care instructions, washing in dishwasher NOT recommended and should be had washed.
Purchased pans returned.
