The cashier charged me more 10pence for carriage bag but she not give me it only packed it with paper.What for she charged me?

In store service at Cheshire Oaks was excellent. Not pushy at all but informative to enable me to make a decision in which knives I would prefer.

Customer service fantastic.
The product though, part of roasting tin set had been in service for only a few visits to the oven at 180degree Celsius, had started to lose its non stick coating, peeling off to reveal bare metal underneath . Hopefully the replacement set lasts longer

Very good service. The lady explained the difference between the two casserole pans I was looking at very clearly. This helped me make a decision on which pan to purchase.

I’ve always shopped at pro cook for 20 years I just love the pan’s and other items dinners set was incredible useful my family from USA loved it. It’s a shame that the old pans aren’t available.

I love the pans, I was worried that you can not purchase separately and I do like a few smaller saucepan. But bit the bullet and they have not disappointed. I love that they are well made and feel durable, I love the ceramic coating but does need a couple of soaks if you have a manged to burn ssomething. The only downfall and disappointment is that when using gas hob where the flames have sat at the base on the colour it has bleached it out, so a bit annoyed about that. So wont be going on show as originally intended. Overall a lovely set of pans for the price. Just.be mindful when using gas

Friendly and helpful staff who helped us in our choice of knives, even allowing us to try out a demo set on some vegetables!
The assistant was able to answer my questions about the features on some of the knives, which helped in my purchase.
Did not feel pressurised into buying an expensive set of any additional items.
