fast asf shipping

I live in north qld and my order was delivered in 25 hours after ordering it. always make sure you order before 4pm if you want next day shipping. its so good!

deceptive shipping timings.

Finally ordered a dress I'd had my eye on for a while, as I had an event coming up, and was very excited for it. In the shipment method it was outlined that it would take 3-6 business days to arrive so I ordered it on a Thursday morning, receiving my order confirmation that day, with the event being on the Friday evening the following week. I checked my emails today (Sunday) to see if I could track my order only to see the expected delivery date was a Friday two weeks away. I emailed asking for this to be sorted out but was told that this would not be possible. In fairness I was compensated with a 25% voucher which I appreciate, but am still disappointed my dress won't arrive I time. I can only hope that when it does arrive it is very good quality.

A Sapphire Diamond in the rough

The store itself was conducive to meet my last resort urgent need of a classy, sexy yet professional look for my job interview at a lucrative car dealership coming up. Angelina and Clarke did a phenomenal job from the fitting room to the cashier. I even received a 20 % and a future invite for upcoming events in store.

Really disappointing customer service

Really disappointing customer service! Princesss Polly sells cheap products, there are way better online platforms out there. And the customer service is so bad and they're very rude and not offering any solutions. I made a very disappointing experience with them, never again!

Poor quality

To be honest this company sells really cute clothes. But the quality is polyester / viscose for like 90% of their clothes and heavily overpriced. It is a fast fashion company so it’s not different buying from here than from shein/ temu.

avoid in europe

the quality of the clothing isn‘t great, definitely overpriced and you won‘t be able to return defective clothing. you‘d have to pay for a return to the us which is at least 15€. just don‘t order there even if the clothes look good on the pictures :/

Cute clothing, horrible customer service

Although the clothing looks cute, their customer service is absolutely horrible. The dress I ordered did not fit, so I initiated a return. They use a company called Reshop. All seemed ok, at first. I sent back the dress, and received a credit. However, Reshop decided to recharge me for the dress after they had already given me a refund. Stating that the dress was not sent back (which it was, and I have proof of delivery) and then the second time I contacted them they said that I had requested a refund twice (I did not). They do not take phone calls, they could not provide me with proof that they refunded me twice. Reshop told me to contact Princess Polly, Princess Polly told me to contact Reshop. HORRIBLE experience and I am still fighting to get my refund.

Princess Polly Poor Customer Service!

Ordered clothing for my daughter who is away at college and tried contacting Princess Polly several times to return it. Was never contacted back and when I was finally able to get on their website and enter the order number (which I tried several times to do) I finally got thru and was told I had passed the return date (by 6 days. Item still has all the original tags and all I wanted to do was exchange it. Ports of the worst for customer service, and returns. I will NEVER purchase from Princess Polly again. Thanks for nothing. Stay away from this company!

Never arrived!

Ordered a jacket on 30th November 2025 and still haven’t received it. No updates, no refund and unable to return or cancel order as it says I have to wait to receive item.

They are not transparent about their…

They are not transparent about their return policy which deducts a handling fee based on country. This is in addition to the shipping fee. Shitty company, will never buy here again

Obsessed!

I was so skeptical ordering from the store based on the reviews, but so glad I took the chance! 4/4 (a skirt, a dress, two tops) pieces I got were amazing quality and true to size. I ordered from the US site and it was fast delivery.

Additional Unclear charges.

Ordered an item from a .co.uk website. Paid with Apple Pay, but then was charged a lot more than the total. This was apparently due to extra charges as company is in the US. This is not made clear and they couldn’t care less when I messaged them immediately to say I wanted to cancel the order due to unclear charges. Avoid.

Shirred micro shorts set.Brpwn Kinkirk pants..Got from US store..never again. SHein.quality fabric..cut for some weird figure..the pants blouse out at side of leg...the shorts dont fit right. The fabric is cheap...Lost $200.. reselling immediately on Depop..as return system, I'll lose more...Never again..a lot of money lost..gone on rubbish..its unwearable...
