Buyers Beware

Buyers Beware! I placed two orders and both were delivered to the incorrect address on the same day (pictures provided to company). Told to wait five days and then to reach back out for a refund. On the 6h day I was provided a refund for the less expensive of the two orders. Customer service told me their policy is to only refund one order per customer and that I will need to file a claim with the delivery service. The delivery service was OnTrac which is also a scam of a company that does not have a phone number and doesn’t not respond to customers. Still fighting to get a refund. Avoid Princess Polly at all cost. They do not care about their customers.

Love this company

I'm really confused about the negative reviews for this company. I discovered Princess Polly and have become obsessed. They have a petite section that is real petite sizing (for girls 5'3'' and shorter). This is so important to me as a petite woman. I live in Australia and I get my package delivered to me same day. The minimum spend for same day shipping is the cheapest of any company I have seen. I find the quality of the clothes great.

True to the site my order was dispatched the same day. The item quality various from piece to piece however most of what I’ve ordered has been true size and delivered on time consistently.

Recommend staying away from this scam…

Recommend staying away from this scam of a company. They charged me twice for the same order 2 months later, I’ve not been able to have this absurd made-up charge reversed. Despite reaching out several times and explaining the situation, I keep getting automated replies that have nothing to do with the issue at hand. Customer service is an abysmal and a quick search online shows that they don’t care and seem to scam many customers that end up needing to dispute their charges with their bank. Just avoid altogether, the cheap quality is not worth the hassle and the potential of you paying 2x what the original cost was, in case they decide to randomly charge you a full total again (for nothing)

This store has a horrible return and exchange policy. I purchased a few items before Thanksgiving and they would not allow an exchange the day after Christmas.

return charges

the dress was great but the sizes were off so i had to return it to exchange. they don't have prepaid slip to return so it costs a lot of money and i wouldn't do it again honestly

I ordered it for the first time the clothes felt like absolute dog 💩. the fitting is weird and the clothing is uncomfortable please save your money. just one wash and it’ll be completely ruined trust me

Order: US16084712 stolen/missing parcel, Princess Polly refusing to refund

Terrible terrible company - no means of properly raising a support ticket. Won't ever be shopping here again! I waited 4+ weeks for a dress. They used hermes and the delivery driver then lied about delivery by taking a picture of a black screen in order to pass 'proof of delivery'. I submitted the images to princess polly and contacted the courier and was told to wait another 5 days by princess polly to see if the parcel would magically appear. It never did and instead of being able to just get a refund I've been passed around in circles going over the claim it was 'delivered'. I have had to raise a chargeback with my bank just to try to get a refund. To top it off, princess polly have a support form on their website but you can't actually submit anything! so you're forced to use their chatbot or call in. Don't order from here as if anything goes slightly worng you will have a nightmare of a time trying to get princess polly to do anything. I've just lost £60 and waited 4 weeks for nothing....

Don’t buy from them

I will never purchase from them again. Their material quality is terrible and giving SHEIN. They have terrible customer service and will not help you if your package is lost. If you see an item you like from them just purchase it from somewhere else like Nordstrom or a second hand seller.. don’t bother giving your money to a company pretending to be environmentally conscious. They are cheap and choose to use very poor delivery services just so they can make more money.

13 business day delivery window

Ordered a dress on 27/11. Delivery said 3-6 business days which I was happy with.

Only after checking out I got an email immediately saying there will be a further 1-3 business day delay on shipping alone.

Estimated delivery date is now 15/12 on my tracker meaning it is actually 13 business days and well over 2 weeks until I will receive my item. It would have been nice to see the message before checking out rather than taking my money and leaving me without a dress for an upcoming event.

Messaged customer services who sent me a huge template email offering me a discount code rather than actually answering my questions.

Will not be buying anything from here again!
