The meals are top notch, and I’ve tried a few different options. Lots of choice but all super tasty.
I also really like that they reach out to you, via the PHONE 😱 to make sure you’re happy and enjoying the food. Lovely customer service if you need it, oh and they use DPD so you’re fine with deliveries ❤️🤣

Great company, never experienced anything bad. Meals are great for the price points and a variety of plenty of different dishes. I would only say packaging to be more secure as I’ve received a couple of damaged tubs before.

We do carry out quality checks before dispatch and use ‘This Way Up’ labelling, but we know courier handling can sometimes impact this. It’s something we’re continuing to review to make sure everything arrives as it should.

We understand portion size can be a bit individual, and it’s helpful to hear when it’s not quite hitting the mark. Your comment on the menu variety is noted too having a week that leans heavily on certain ingredients like rice or noodles isn’t ideal if they’re not your preference.

Very impressed with Prep Kitchen, the meals are really tasty and the results speak for themselves, I've been able to drop weight and put on muscle thanks to keeping to a diet, which has been made a lot easier thanks to their meals.

My partner and I are absolutely in love with our prep kitchen meal plan! The website is so easy to use, the meal options are brilliant and very versatile, the food itself is so delicious and such great quality, the staff are so friendly and helpful. We can see ourselves using prep kitchen for a long time!! They’ve really helped us on our health and fitness journey, as well as cutting down on food waste and making meal times much quicker and easier around work. Can’t fault them.

I've been ordering from Prep Kitchen for the past several months. I've nothing but good things to say about this company. Delivery is always on time, meals are packaged well and the food itself is nice. I buy them for convenience as we work full time and both exercise most days of the week so it's great to come home and stick something in the microwave that's healthy and under 600 calories.
Their customer service is also great, I received a meal that was pierced then I received a tofu meal that I didn't realise I'd ordered and Michelle replied pretty much straight away. Not only have the both been replaced, they've also sent another two meals on top!
Don't listen to the poor reviews, not everyone can be pleased.
The only possible improvement I'd suggest is can you make the honey chilli chicken a full meal? It's currently a little pot. Also, brownies and pancakes are really nice!

Had all the usual meals delivery services ( where you do the cooking) But there was always an issue. Either the boxes weren't complete. Or the prices started creeping up. I've had Prep Kitchen for a while now. Gorgeous meals. Good portions and only take 15-30 mins to heat One of my meals was missing today. A slight oversight. Contacted them and I thought I'd have to wait ages..but within minutes not only was I contacted back. But the issue was solved. I had a slight ordering error but even that was dealt with and sorted. Friendly staff, understanding. Rebecca & Jordan went above and beyond to help me today. What's not to love?! 🩵🙏🏻🥰

These meals are not healthy!
We purchased prep kitchen meals in an attempt to eat healthy low prep lunches. I quickly realised that although tasty with good balanced carbs/ protein etc these meals contain an absolute abundance of salt just like any other ready meal purchased from the supermarket. Some meals exceeding your daily recommended salt in a single meal. Consumption of these meals regularly would certainly result in an excessive consumption of salt which would put cardiovascular/ renal health at risk. These are well marketed ready meals not a healthy alternative to balanced home cooked meals. They should not be marketed as “healthy”.

Amazing meals, never felt hungry after a meal. Def fresh food. Options never get boring. Recommend to anyone thinking of ready made protein rich meals and were there for me when I needed question answered.

Order was not received. The customer care team responded quickly and offered me a free credit for my next order, which was much appreciated. Still frustrating not to have received a delivery which has now left me with a week without the meals. That is onDPD the selected courier and despite precise instructions and what3words in my DPD app

Michelle in customer support resolved a non delivery very quickly. She responded immediately to my initial contact and all was resolved within minutes. Gave me a lot of confidence in PK should I have any issues in the future.
