Ive been with prep kitchen now for three years , the meals have never failed me nor has the quality of the delivery service so perfect for me just missing a beef casserole .

customer support resolved issue quickly
Michelle in customer support resolved a non delivery very quickly. She responded immediately to my initial contact and all was resolved within minutes. Gave me a lot of confidence in PK should I have any issues in the future.

love prep kitchen I have been ordering from you for nearly 1 year food always fresh and tasty will not go anywhere else.
My only negative is maybe give some offers to long term subscribers not just new customers.

I had a great experience with Prep Kitchen. Meals are great quality with a good range of options to chose from. The customer service was also exceptional when I had a few queries. Staff were very knowledgeable and more than happy to help. Will definitely continue using Prep.

LOVE the meals!
LOVE the meals. Each time I try a new meal, I think it's my favourite until I try the next! As a new mum, these meals are allowing me time to eat and eat well. I also love the breakfast oats!
The only improvement I would suggest would be to have the meals (particularly the breakfast oats) served in a smaller tub so that there's less movement during delivery and so presentation is a little nicer.

I genuinely don't think I can sing this company's praises enough. I've been using Prep Kitchen since 2023 and the service, taste of the meals, delivery, website, and customer service have all been outstanding.
Whenever I've ever tried to dabble in any other prep company, it's never come close. Prep Kitchen's meals just keep getting tastier too (all whilst being macro-friendly!).
It's not often I rave about a company this much but I genuinely have such a love for Prep Kitchen. I even realise this sounds like a paid review, but it's not. They're just honestly that good IMO.
A special shout out Rebecca and Jordan in Customer Service! Always helped me when I've needed it.

I have recently started using prep kitchen and it’s made my life SO much easier. As a paramedic I often work 12+ hour shifts and cannot be bothered making dinner. These meals are super tasty, super healthy and super convenient. Can’t recommend enough.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Please beware. I wanted a healthy and convenient solution - what I got was a box delivered bashed with the contents upside down and dented, room temp food and the most unpalatable bland food I am now finding myself wondering if their positive reviews were written by bots. Please beware - Ive wasted money and as a young person from whom money is tight I am dreading eating this food of an evening. What a shame. Feel tricked and dejected.

Love this company. Had three or four deliveries so far. The food is amazing and it is healthy. They cater for all diets but their Italian and Indian items are amazing. Spoke to a lovely lady called Kate today. Good to know there are humans working there and not bots. They also use DPD, which is a reliable courier. Highly recommend.

I recently had to cancel my subscription due to a lifestyle and budget change. the customer service team (Rebecca) was incredibly helpful and processed my refund immediately. Customer service is very good - very responsive.
Have had to cancel my subscription due to cost - thought it was cancelled but payment was taken. Prep Kitchen agreed to cancel my order and refund the cost of the order.

Had to pause my subscription for this coming week, and, once again, team PK, on this occasion Jordan, got back to me first thing this morning to confirm it was all sorted, as I only found out late last night that I needed to go away next week!! The customer service at PK is unlike any other company I have to deal with!! If only others could be more ‘PK’ life would be so much easier!! Excellent job!! Highly recommend!!

Excellent healthy meal delivery service
Excellent meal delivery service in all aspects. The food is high quality and very tasty, easy to track macros which is great for my diet and training programme. Love the low carb, high protein, muscle gain options. Great selection and a reasonable price considering the variety and convenience compared to meal prepping myself. Delivery has been smooth with DPD and never had a missed items.
Excellent customer service also, I had a call with Callum today to check if everything was going well after month with the service and he gave me a small discount as I mention a very minor packaging issue with ONE of the breakfasts I had in a previous pack. Really appreciate the fact they call to check without prompt and a nice resolution to an issue I didn't even think worth raising.
Overall very happy customer and will continue to use.
