Really happy with our Barbados hot tub ! So good my brothers just bought one also 😀

We have had our hot tub for about a month now and we are really pleased with it. We bought it from Premier hot tubs based on the spec, price and reviews. We bought it without viewing so we were a little nervous but I have to say the team have been fantastic and the hot tub exceeded our expectations. The whole process from order to delivery was very easy. We bought the 13 amp 6 seater and it has been great. It keeps to temperature and we have been in it with the pumps running for over an hour and it only drops a degree or so. The quality is great for the money. It holds 6 comfortably and the pumps work well. The speakers sound fine and we are thoroughly enjoying it, without the big price tag. We had it delivered and installed. I thought this would include building the step and fitting the cover and lifter, but it didn’t, which took another hour or so to work out. The delivery team were great, so I put it down to me misunderstanding what was included. The set up was straightforward and the hot tub was ready to use the next day. The 13 amp has a smaller heater so takes a little longer to heat. We purchased the extra cover and set it up on a insulated pad and it doesn’t appear to cost too much to run. I am still getting used to the controls, but it is easy to do the basics. The family love it and can’t wait to get in. We had looked at purchasing a much more expensive hot tub. Having had this one a month, we are glad we did not as this one does everything the more expensive ones does at a fraction of the price. There are plenty of jets which are powerful. It has a waterfall speakers, lights what else do you need and much better quality than some of the other cheaper ones we looked at. We are happy customers.

They were informative, professional, and gave excellent guidance throughout, making choosing and purchasing my hot tub an absolute doddle!

I received regular email updates about delivery dates and was kept fully informed about my tub’s journey to Liverpool.

When delivery day arrived, nothing was too much trouble for the delivery team. They expertly navigated a very tight space to position the tub exactly where I wanted it, and they even helped remove part of the fence to get it into place.
Installation was completed and guidance given around how to use the hot tub, including an email with videos to watch.

I’m enjoying using my tub at least 4 times per week.

Pre-purchase information and assistance was great and I was sent all the information required on setting up The Hot Tub and how to use and keep it clean using the chemicals and equipment provided. Was kept informed all the time and updated, was delivered with care and consideration, chemical starter pack included and a few other bits. Always on hand to answer any queries. I am really pleased with my plug in and play hot tub, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as a company.

After selecting the hot tub we were kept informed regarding delivery date and had to supply detailed information about access to our property so that they could design and organise an efficient delivery with minimal problems.
On delivery the staff were very careful and knowledgeable regarding the handling of the hot tub to ensure there was no damage to the tub or our property.
They positioned the tub with no issues and since then we have used it regularly and enjoyed the luxurious and relaxing expierence. We are not new to hot tub ownership but we are very happy with the tub and the service we have been given.
The aftercare sevice has been helpful and easily accessible on the phone.
So far very pleased with the product and I would recommend them.

If your looking to buy a hot tub this is the best company, always to hand to any questions. On delivery the gentlemen that delivered gave us loads of information about setting it up. As we only purchased a plug and play a full install was not needed. The information given in how to use the hot tub was great and considering we have never had one before gave us confidence we were doing things right. On delivery we were missing the cover lift but one email to Karen in the office and she sorted super quickly . Thank you for everything the whole family use it and we wouldn’t be with out it now.

I would highly recommend Premier Hot Tubs. The prices are very competitive and the team really looked after us from start to finish. We got the St Lucia 6-8 Person Hot Tub with SMART TV and it’s brilliant and loved by the whole family.

Rick and team were excellent through the whole process. Patient and informative whilst we weighed up our choices for a hot tub, helping us to choose the right one for us. Then supportive in finding a delivery option into a challenging space to access. The whole process was first class from start to finish.

Did a lot of research into this and this company came out on the top. Brought a great hot tub with a tv from this company. It was competitively priced. They turned up when they said they would do, they were careful, polite and caring and very professional and I can't rate them high enough.
