Very professional

Absolutely excellent service from start to finish. Even with some weather hiccups the installers where outstanding!

Install went well, quick and efficient. The incorrect sized circuit breaker was installed on installation and the inverter kept tripping out until it was fixed a few days later but other than that I am happy with the overall install at this stage.

The sales rep was extremely helpful and thoroughly explained everything.
The tradies were on time and completely professional.

We got exactly what we were told we were going to get. Tradies turned up on time, keeping us updated with progress. They did a clean and professional job. They explained how everything worked. The app is a great way to keep a check on how the system works

The whole entire experience from start to finish was terrific! However the only problem was the inverter had to be mounted so it's in direct sunlight. It would be good if a sun viser or cover would be provided to cover the inverter to get better efficiency instead of trying to find and buy expensive covers or make one.

From the initial visit to our home from your salesman Jason Ralph, everything was explained in detail without being to confusing and with total professional attitude.
The installation guys were very polite professional and quick to do the job.

Before making our decision to use PowerSmart's service, we did our research and received a few quotes from other competitors. PowerSmart's price is not the lowest among them, but I was extremely impressed that they sent an actual person to our property for a consult, and they explained to us in details where and how many panels we can fit onto the roof to maximise the profit we can get from solar energy. Other companies usually just plug your address into their application which will just place the panels anywhere on the roof.
The warranty they offer for the panels and their workmanship is also longer than many other companies as well!
The installation process went smoothly without any hiccups. We are very happy with the service so far.

You guys were amazing. When you came to our house the first time the installers found we had a hole in our roof, which turned out to be 4 holes and some faulty tiles . You gave us time to get a repairer in to fix them, you kept in contact with us all the way. Never pressured us which was great especially as all this happened over Christmas.
The installers went through everything with us explained how the app worked, showed us what to do if ever it needed restarting. We are just so happy and couldn't recommend you more highly .Thank you
